It's a legitimate genre with the quality of a meme.
Pornogrind is actually distinctive not just in its porn samples, but also in how simplistic its actual grindcore component is. It's really a subgenre of goregrind, but unlike grindcore/goregrind, it doesn't have any political pretensions, noise experiments, or horror themes. Instead, it's totally self-aware of how ridiculous the grindcore sound is, so it doesn't try to do anything particularly "artistic" with it.
I would almost call it post-grindcore, or postmodern grindcore, in that it's so self-aware that it really mocks the grindcore music its musicians are playing.
