Artists that seem like genuinely nice people

This isn't just a favorite artists thread, I'm a big Patton fan, but I reckon he'd be a dick in person.

Music sucks but seems real friendly

Patton may be a dick, but his pal Trevor Dunn seems really nice

DJ Shadow was one of the nicest people I've ever met.

Meghan Remy of U.S. Girls was a close second.

every story I've heard about someone meeting her always mentions how sweet she is

That's his marketing. Everyone who hated him gave him a second chance because he was "so down to earth" and going on h3h3 and acting normal when before he was talking in a wigger accent saying copious amounts of black slang. Fuck this dude.

Interestingly enough, everyone on the planet has worked with Patton, and they all seem to have nothing but good things to say
He definitely comes off like a dick in interviews but I assume he must be great to work with

Les?

there's literally nothing wrong with this. he saw that what he was doing was ignorant and rude, so he got rid of the fake persona and now he's just being his average nice self.

Les has anxiety issues. He is nice enough, but not friendly. I hung out with him one night on a Jam Cruise about 2005 or so. It was the first time in 3 cruises he ventured out of his suite other than to eat or play.

We watched Disco Biscuits together and that was about it.
