I think Jesus should go above the Greek philosophers, same with Caesar, some languages even adopted his name into their term for their ruler, eg Kaiser or tsar. The order for Greek philosophers also seems somewhat random, I'd put Socrates first, Confucius isn't that well known in the West as to make top ten, missing might be Napoleon and Queen Elizabeth.
