a family member recently picked me up an elka concorde 902 in working condition, do you have any experience with this weird accordion/ synth hybrid? im hoping it will be easy to record using midi via usb from my desktop, also im not sure but i think it may be fully analog?

What's the difference between the accordeon with buttons and the one with keys? Which one is it better? From the few accordeonist I've seen, the ones that seem to know what they are doing use the buttoned one

it's just a different way of organizing the keys, there is no actual "better" system in itself.
There's only one kind of piano accordion and two with buttons, the "italian system" and "russian bayan" with completely different way of ordering sounds
