Best Superhero Films

List every superhero movie you've seen from best to worst.

I've never been much of a moviegoer so I haven't seen that many. Batman Dark Knight is my favorite. I do remember seeing Spider-Man (2002), Hulk (2003) and Fantastic Four (2005), but I don't remember much about them. I haven't seen Dark Knight Rises, Iron Man or any Captain America movies.

I'm trying to catch up on all the superhero films I haven't seen and figure out which ones are worth watching and which ones aren't.

also, I've never seen Deadpool, Guardians Of The Galaxy or any X-Men films

It's better than the other 90s films. It's just popular to hate it. It's a movie that wants people to laugh at it, but everyone assumes they're not supposed to laugh. The whole thing is a throwback to the Adam West show, in response to audience reactions in the 90s that accused the movies of being to dark. You can even find an old Simpsons joke making fun of the Tim Burton movies for trying to be dark and gritty reboots long before Nolan. People talk about the terrible puns ("ICE to meet you") as if they weren't supposed to be comically terrible.

Batman & Robin has competent action scenes that rely on staging more than shakeycam. The car chase in this movie is more engaging than any action scene in the Nolan movies and I say that as a Nolan fan.

Seriously, any time I hear someone criticize this film I wonder when the last time they saw it was. Nothing about the movie suggests it isn't a comedy. None of the action scenes are bad. The casting is great for what they were trying to achieve.

the dark knight
guardians of the galaxy
batman 1989
batman begins
judge dredd

Unbreakable and Split. Shaymalamakino is here to stay

This, anyone who's read the comic can see the film for being a lot more shallow and 'Hollywood' than it should have been.
