Prestige doesn't necessarily mean how useful a passport is
visa free means you can travel to the country with the passport for 3 months, usually for leisure. For passport that needs a visa, usually you need to go to the embassy for an interview/ or provide documented proof that you have enough money when you travel to the country before you are granted a visa.
