I want to join the military but I have a medical record of bi polar, depression diagnosis and have been on psych meds before (haven't been for the past year at this point though)
If I lie about everything when I enlist what's the chance I can get past being disqualified?

last I knew there's no one set place they can get all your medical records. So what you can do, is not submit any of the more current records just your childhood vaccines and illnesses, and just say you haven't been to a doctor for awhile.
Then of course, keep your trap shut about any psychiatric shit you've had in the past. You can get waivers for some of it, but you'll be limited on what duties you can have. Like you can't be in the nuclear propulsion field.
