Obligatory theme theme: m.youtube.com/watch?v=9SOryJvTAGs
That's what someone with a girly voice would say

You know what to do
Post vocaroo

I've heard that song before, man

WHEN IS KINOMOZA SEASON 2 COMING REEEE

>tfw no love shack to all get together in

you can come shack up with me if you promise to not tease me about my voice

>promise to not tease me about my voice
Sorry, no deal

...

People, let me tell you 'bout a place I know, to get in it don't take much dough
Where you can really do your thing, oh yeah
It's got a neon sigh outside that says
Come in and take a look at your mind
You'll be surprised what you might find
Strobe lights flashing from sun up to sun down
People gather there from all parts of town
Right around the corner, you know it's just across the track
People I'm talking abut the psychedelic shack

Think I'm gonna go do some stuff now

nighty night qts

Goodnight you girly sounding cutie

What's up you meme loving fucks

Not much, and I hate memes

Ain't nothin' shakin' but the leaves on the trees, man

I'm back lads
boy it sure was cold outside

Where'd you go?

Shopping
I needed some more cans of tortellini and energy drinks.
I am such a sophisticated person

>tortellini and energy drinks
Is that your dinner?

Pretty much yea, I had a really big lunch so I can only really eat/want something smallish, I might have some toast with it though.
I might save the energy drink for tomorrow when I have to go back to classes.

i have arrived

About fucking time

I also have arrived. Haha

Thinking about nukes.

Stop watching the news then.

...

It'll be strange if Kimmy bombed a place don't you think?

you guys read?

China's already said it won't back up NK if they start a war man. Wtf do you think would happen if that nutjob actually shot one off?

If I ever get a book as a gift I make sure to read it, but I rarely seek out books unless it's something I'm interested in like when I read Metro 2033 or Catch 22.

Hopefully missile defenses would hold, and NK gets obliterated by the SK and US combined navy.

I do, but I don't really like Dostoyevsky. I read one of his short stories and I found it too miserable and rambly for my tastes.

I'm reading Céline's Journey to the End of the Night and it's pretty enjoyable. My kinda humour.

Probably just nuke the living shit out of them man. Send a message

They still have millions of civilians living there, many who still have families in South Korea, plus you don't want to destroy NK's land/infrastructure and nuclear fallout could hit both SK and China.

I don't think the west/east Asia will take too kindly to NK shooting a nuke directly at us.

Not that we'll nuke the place, but civilian casualties won't be much of an issue, at least if you compare this to historical standards.

Only China has nukes, and they sure as hell aren't going to nuke a country they border.

Of course, I'd be surprised if China was even involved in a conflict involving North Korea.

All in all, I think we're pretty safe. I mean Japan had the capability to shoot that missle down if they felt it was threatening them.

>Japan had the capability to shoot that missle down
Did they? Why would they sound all the alarms and let it fly over if they could shoot it to the ground.

Well because if a nuke is flying over your country, you'd rather it leave the atmosphere above you instead of blowing it out of the sky which could have nastier consequences.

Yea I figured that after I posted, there must also be political reasons, shooting down their missiles is a easy way to be seen as a declaration of war.

The Japanese aren't really that hawkish anymore either. I wouldn't be surprised that if they do the same thing to the US, the Americans will bomb the shit out of them.

Yep, I'm currently reading Gravities Rainbow by Thomas Pynchon
Spooky, Journey to the end of the night was the last book I read.

>reading all these long advanced books
Now I feel dumb

Just keep thinking about cocks.

I spent all night thinking of them though

I've been told that Pynchon's alright, but I always see him paraded around by vapid people.

I really should give him a fair go though.

Say hello to me

No!
Fine... Hello

...

Don't feel bad cutie,
I'm enjoying it, although I'm often lost on what's happening
Hello to me

Hello!

...

this picture looks so silly

...

You really like this image don't you.

I'm pretty sure that's the first time I've posted it.

Oh maybe it's the other american that posts that every thread.
Sorry

Good morning.

Yes.

yeah, be gay

Morning.

w-was it bad?

EXTREMELY

How can you live with yourself...

t-that can't be true!

Guys help!
I need to pick a residential college for Otago, but don't know what should be my first second and third preference!
Which ones are the good ones?

Hayward is the best
But honestly anything that isn't Knox, Aquinas or the Maori ones is good.
St Margs if you are do health sci
I'll show you around next year desu

Hayward is the one with the big rooms isn't it
Wouldn't that be very competitive to get into?
What should my second and third preference be?

Hayward has the best rooms because it used to be the maternity ward of the hospital.
I think it's quite competitive but it's below Selwyn and Margs on the competition list so it would make for a good pragmatic first choice.
I had quite a strong academic background so I could choose wherever I wanted, but Cumberland is also nice (basically a shittier but still good version of Hayward), so is Salmond and Arana.
Do some research to see which ones fit your lifestyle the best.
Just don't be the cunt who ends up at Aquinas, can't be fucked going to lectures because you have to walk for 20 minutes and then drop out.

What are you planning on studying?

Deep sea science
I know you'll think I'll never get a job with that because of big competition in marine science, but most people would compete for jobs in warmer climates
Since America uses the deep south of NZ as a base for research in southern waters and Antarctica, I should find job opportunities in marine science in deep south NZ

Marine biology or Oceanography?

Not sure yet
First year science is pretty general anyway so I won't be specializing yet
All I know is that I want to study the deep sea
Marine biology would cool because of the interesting animals, however Oceanography would have more job opportunities

I was just wondering because I'm doing a double Major in Aquaculture (Marine biology) and Economics.
In regards to the deep sea I know Paleoceanography is quite a good opportunity, but anything along those lines would be post-graduate but I know marine science has a professor that specializes in that.

>Aquaculture
Damn, I didn't know she had her own field of science.

Yeah fisheries industry would have lots of job opportunities
How come paleoceanography would be a good opportunity for jobs?
Isn't that studying prehistoric oceans?
btw what courses do you take for marine biology second year? What courses oceanography second year? As I know that first year science is pretty general and all I would need to take is the marine science paper and a variety of science electives of my choice

Also how many people do marine biology or oceanography at Otago?
Is it highly competitive?

In a game gimmie like 5 minutes to give a proper reply

Whole field of science dedicated to trying to figure out why she's so retarded.

I think paleoceanography is probably a good bet if you want a scientific research job, especially with it's relation to climate change it's only going to get more important.

>Isn't that studying prehistoric oceans
Pretty much, studying the history the ocean sediment

>marine biology second year
Aquaculture 251, Ecology 211, Marine invertebrates 202 and another science paper that I swapped out for resource management.

>What courses oceanography second year
Wouldn't know desu but geography/geology papers and stuff like that

>how many people do marine biology
I'd say about 30-40 people are in my papers in 2nd year.

>Is it highly competitive?
Barely, if you non-retard marks you can easily do post graduate

Just wanted to let you know that you're a very good poster and that we all appreciate your presence

It's all worth it
Maybe that's proof to wizard I can do things other than gay erp

Well done, good girl.

I'm bored

Might just go to bed

daily reminder that anime posters drove most of the good posters out

s-sorry, I hope you get a good nights rest instead of last night.

Why are you apologising?

And unlike last night I haven't had half a dozen coffees during the day so I should be fine

I don't know why I was...

I'll have to wake up early for class tomorrow so maybe I'll get to say good morning properly.

Big thanks for the info man
I'm looking up paleoceanography right now to find out more about it
The marine invertebrate course sounds interesting, do you learn about the weird alien creatures in the deep sea somewhere in that paper?
btw I'm thinking of putting Hayward first preference, Carrington second preference, Knox third preference for colleges. Is that a good idea?

>marine invertebrate course sounds interesting
It's fucking awful man, I'm more an ecologist than biologist so learning straight biology makes me want to die.
>do you learn about the weird alien creatures
Absolutely, they also provide samples of every clade of invertebrate to dissect in the 13 labs so don't let me put you off it, different strokes for different folks.

>I'm thinking of putting Hayward first preference, Carrington second preference
These are good, but Knox third would be a waste.
Knox is a first choice college but imo is one of the worst because it's filled with boring faggots doing law and they are extremely strict about running the place.

You can schedule a visit to the colleges you are considering and they will walk you through their college and that gives you the perfect knowledge on where you want to go.

I don't live in Dunedin so I can't just visit the colleges
What would you recommend for third preference?

What's the difference between ecology and straight biology?

You know what sucks ass. Even though I have become a somewhat attractive mid 20s man.
The beta loser behavior is so deep in my veins I still can't get laid.
I have fucked up with 4 8/10 girls and about 10 6-7s over the past 6 months. They're all initially very into to me then I spill spaghetti fucking everywhere.

I can't even jerk off to porn anymore. It kills me knowing that if I wasn't such a retard I could be easily fucking these women. I literally have no excuses, I am just a complete fucking loser

Sounds rough. Don't give up.

a strong wind is going to blow all the irradiated from rotorua to auckland.

im sorry to tell you that. moving to NZ was my backup plan in case we get nuked, but I did some thinking and realised that the wind would fuck your country up as well

its like MGS2
a hydrogen bomb detonated in the atmosphere has an EMP effect, completely destroying electronics.

Idk Maybe Arana

>What's the difference between ecology and straight biology
Ecology is studying the interactions between different species and their environment whilst biology is studying the body plans and living functions of a particular species

I'm at the very bottom so I'll be safe desu
