Actual Shrek thread. Memes are slightly recommended.
How does it hold up for you guys? I think it's still pretty damn good compared to even most of CGI movies of today. The lighting is pretty realistic as well as the detail on their clothes and fur. Also the concept that a gross ass ogre was able to be marketable to kids is pretty impressive.

Shrek 2 is legitimately one of my favourite animated movies, and I can't discuss it because of these shitty memes.
Shrek 2 is good. Shrek 1's animation is really stiff, 2 is an improvement in every way.

Shrek is legitimately my go to feel good movie. If I'm having a shitty day I'll come home and just put it on as background static. It makes me feel like it's summer of 2001 again and everything's alright.
