If true Socialism has never been achieved, but has been tried (unsuccessfully) so many times, then why do they keep trying it using the same method?

...

We tried it. It worked.

It's a sublimation of religion. They are looking for a messiah to bring them socialism that works through his moral purity.

...

No it didn't, if you look at your economy you'll see that its killing itself, the only thing holding up the Scandian countries is the money from oil drills.
Also you're in decline, you were riding on the coattails of the Nordic revival.
When secularism set it, a shift took place and you've only decreased in social progress.
The blast of Communism was able to give you guys a leg up against The Left, but soon after, the nihilistic conclusion of secular thought gutted you and is still gutting you.

Can I use this on my real friends?

How many air craft carriers do you have?

its not mine go ahead

>practical example of socialism
>literally falling apart right now

Only when you had 99.999% homogenous white population, and the US army at your disposal.

Insanity duh

I think you missed the point of the gif

>GDP growth working
LMAO

why? effective to destroy nations and take control of other peoples lives

>capitalism cannot and never has failed or showed any signs of idiocy or weakness at all
>we can't say it's never been tried because the zionists do not allow any other nonzionist nongreedy nonretard things to win. Ever.
>always the same damn cat face image with this thread every time it pops up with the exact same wording
Lemme know when we've done Star Trek. Because that shit isn't capitalist and neither was Christ

i say this when someone asks to borrow the car

Name a better system then capitalism in a first world country.

the spectrum between total government control of an economy and a totally free market is long

every step towards government control diminishes growth and prosperity. every step towards a free market enhances growth and prosperity.

Venezuela is extremely socialist, and is imploding as we speak.

Brazil is less socialist than venezuela. Lula squandered a long period of high commodity prices. Dilma was a continuation of Lula's administration and presided over a drop in commodity prices that caused a crisis. Brazil's overly restrictive business regulations and wasteful spending have been holding back the nation from its potential. They're not Venezuela, but they missed the opportunity to lift millions out of poverty.

you're not even socialist according to socialists, just another brand of state capitalism

something something einstein something something definition of insanity

Underrated post

and because of the constant moving of goal posts, I try not to say socialist as much

I say government control of the economy. that can mean the government owns companies, or regulates heavily, sets price controls, or manipulates via taxing & subsidizing.

is more taxes worse than more regulations or price controls or government ownership? I don't have "weights" for how bad one is versus another.

but it's all bad. having none would be great. less is better than more. going from 100% to 99% is a step in the right direction.

people are really really dumb.
I mean for fucks sake, communism is literally incompatible with human beings, and they still think it could work.

well guess after attempt 341 they might learn.

because socialism is for braindead plebs, much like democracy.
