He does cover and has covered some true things and some of his team seem like alright people, but overall, I can't watch for very long without cringing. People more credible than him have described him as immature and a showman first, a truth-seeker second.
If you draw the line at Alex Jones, you're not much better than people who subscribe to mainstream news. I only watch their content when they're the only ones who seem to have aggregated info on something, but as more and more time goes by, that's less and less common.
