Second for Anime Action Against Knackers.
For a magical girl Sakura sure is a scaredy cat. It's adorable.
>randomly assigned student IDs for college
>mfw mine ends in trips
Knackers and their culture are great
t. Nacker.
I agree my favourite custom of theirs is when they try to intimidate people for money
Petty theft and being a general nuisance isn't a culture.
>mfw non knackers here never experienced building massive bonfired for a month before halloween.
>mfw non knackers never experienced halloween night when hundreds of families would gather around the bon fire and have a great time.
>lolita "fashion"
>associating with knackers
No.
>being a knacker
>being with knackers in any way shape or form
Joking aside, building bonfires and lighting them are some of my fondest childhood memories.
I only wish I was born before 92 and got to experience growing up with such things as a teenager before we moved away.
Surely most of you have experienced them when growing up? At least those who didn't grow up in the countryside.
Trick or treating was a lot of fun in a huge neighborhood too.
Everyone did that. I wouldn't term it as knackerish.
>Trick or treating was a lot of fun in a huge neighborhood too.
Pure Yank tradition.
Yeah me neither but these days its not as common except for in dodgy council estates. Maybe I'm wrong though.
Yep I agree. But thats just the way things were.
What's the point of Halloween without it? You could say it is indeed knackerish though since it involves begging,
More threatening than begging
What anime is worth watching from the current season?
Made in Abyss, Isekai Shokudou, Konbini Kareshi.
tfw no little sister to cook and bake with.
Aho Girl and Tsurezure Children.
Thank God. You shouldn't be allowed around kids.
Thanks. Will give them a look.
...
Told some anime bender how to effectively tear the jugular vein to end his life again, lads. That'll teach him to make fun of my waifu.
Don't reply to me please.
Which do you prefer from the bakery: chocolate cream eclair or bun with cream and jam stripe down the middle?
Éclairs are way too rich.
I love them. I have a big sweet tooth.
>northern lights might be visible tonight
Chocolate eclairs
Eating a freddo bar. Think freddo was pepe's successful brother.
so what's the plan for tonight lads?
get drunk, browse éire. we should play RL.
What do you do when you're bored lads?
Don't feel like watching anything. Don't feel like playing anything. Don't have anything to do.
Get frustrated and browse the same few websites in a circle despite no new content to look at on them.
Never feel boredom, I always have something to do.
Can't believe that fucking Syrian refugee propaganda they have on the telly. I've seen children's programmes present their subject in a more adult way. I wonder if people are as easily affected by this as children are by RTE or the like.
Fuck off michael.
Fuck off Ahmed.
Drinking a craft beer while watching Snatch
I had a urologist called Ahmed once.
Your ma had a urologist called Ahmed more than once.
Lezzer detected.
This is a false accusation.
Fractured my fibula lads
Another great post, you're on a roll tonight.
Really?
Yes, I had to do a bone scan and everything. They injected me with radioactive material
I don't believe you.
Literally what I do. Either don't have the concentration to focus on anything or the motivation to do anything else. Where do people find the effort.
Why not
this show truly warms my heart.
because your story sounds made up.
Should I buy the brisket pie from taste of success tomorrow
RTE finally put a good show together
Don't bother spending your money, I'll give you a creampie for free.
>this show truly warms my heart.
Good taste
I had a stress fracture from running, to diagnose it they had to do a bone scan. To detect the fracture the injected me with radioactive technetium that would be absorbed by the parts of the body where metabolic activity is happening. The technetium would be concentrated in areas that the body is trying to heal and as such would show up in the bone scan indicating the area of the fracture, which was my fibula.
The fibula is an uncommon location of a stress fracture as it only bears 10% of your weight when running. However, peroneal tendinitis can cause increase the probability of occurrence, as the tendon isn't flexible enough to absorb the shock when running and puts too much pressure on the fibula. Continuing to run with this form of tendinitis can result in fractures along the fibula.
Further, peroneal tendinitis is also uncommon, except for people with high arches, which I have. So running too much, running through the tendinitis and having high arches resulted in this stress fracture which I'm not making up. I can't run again until the end of October.
Fractured me bum and now there's a big crack in it lads. :(
I'll let you know how it is
Oh okay that sounds more believable. It just sounded like a certain user here who makes up stuff and posts 1 liner "cut myself again lads" type stuff.
Did they make you drink that bottle of nasty shit? By the way bone scanes are called DXA or "dexa" scans.
At least it's only a stress fracture. Can you still walk on it? Do you need surgery?
I got an injection, nothing to drink, then came back 4 hours later for the imaging.
No surgery, I just had to get shoe inserts to take the weight off the sides of my feet and can't do any high impact activity. Even walking too quickly aggravates it.
cut myself again lads
la did dah private health insurance rich bastard.
nut myself again lads
His employer might be paying for his insurance.
Wish my employer paid for private health insurance.
A lot of the multinationals do it, especially the American ones.
Where do we go from here?
I already told you; Parishes, Townlands, or GAA club catchment areas.
I wouldn't have gone otherwise. Regardless of diagnosis I knew it would be healed by rest. It was good to know the extent of the damage though, so I wouldn't push it.
The 4 rugby provinces
Walkers' Stax are now sold in Tesco in the Republic
Make it again, except this time make it good.
Saw that there the other day. I was very unnerved.
>Walkers
Yeah I know. Still doesn't sound like some of them are worth working for purely based on them giving you private health insurance. I'm not even sure if I'd be comfortable with a private pension.
I do really need to get private health insurance soon. I've been thinking of it for so long but it's so expensive. It's nearly necessity because you're practically dead if you have to rely on the HSE for anything.
I don't know what they are but I dislike them already
>walkers
>stacks
>tesco
>brit import
>probably crisps
Amach.
They're pretty good though
Aren't they just a shitty Pringles clone?
>imports are bad
You can't live exclusively off Kerrygold
>shitty
>I wouldn't have gone otherwise.
Literally US tier.
West Brit.
Don't know what they are but
>Walkers
>Tesco
West Brit.
>>shitty
If they're Walkers then I imagine they would be quite shit.
Actual Brit
Bit racist and slanderous.
>Literally US tier.
To be fair, if you don't have insurance or a medical card, health care can be fucking expensive in Ireland.
I have both.
Didn't say there was anything wrong with being a Brit.
How is that fucking legal?
It was clearly implied.
What is the plan for tonight lads?
Why wouldn't it be?
...
If you have private health insurance, you have no need to for a medical card.
That's not true.
Hmm.
Of course it is. Being able to afford/acquire private health insurance defeats the purpose of the medical card.
Prinz has some questions to answer.
Froggy up to his old tricks. Or young tricks.
