Fresh new show idea!

>A detective who sees the crimes in a different way than the rest

in what sense?

The detective is autistic.

A show from the point of view if a pedophile rapist who tries to stay one step ahead of the authorities.

...

A show about a reluctant hero

the detective is the one committing the crimes but manages to frame innocent people by working the system

How about you make the detective a black guy and he slowly uncovers the fact that black people commit all the murders and turns on his own people and starts murdering black people out of spite. But eventually he realizes maybe thats why all the other black people are killing eachother too, out of spite of themselves. So he shoots himself on camera and records himself saying #blacklivesdontmatter

>a controversial and illegal profession is dumbed down for network TV and performed in a lighthearted manner by a group of extremely attractive people

wow... really makes you think

The detective can determine what happened in the crime scene by having sex with the corpses, but he has to fuck them without raising suspicion of his african american BBC warrior colleague played by Idris Elba.

a killer robot driving instructor travels back in time for some reason

A hooker wirh a heart of gold
A show about a serial killer who is really quite a nice chap
A grizzled ex-cop who's seen too much shit man

a show about a judge who also owns a nightclub and has a black girlfriend, it could be set in florida or California

how about a cop who plays by his own rules
he's unconventional, but he gets the job done

...

what about a family situational comedy but the dad rapes everyone.

how about a sitcom,
there's an attractive 9/10 woman and she's dating/married to an overweight guy who makes wise cracks and no one ever questions it

What if he went against the grain and had a quirky way of putting a devil's advocate spin on the crimes; convincing his colleagues that everything isn't always as it seems!

.

?

fnd it

>sci-fi show
>protagonist is a 20th century detective type in a 22nd century world
>is partnered with new recruit with shady past
>highly autistic guy but very knowledgeable
>old school detective learns new guy about police work and interpersonal relationships
>after a few seasons its revealed the partner is actually a robot
>cliffhanger
>new season pretends this changes nothing
>cancelled after 4 episodes of post-reveal season

What if he smells crime?

Do you work for USA network?

good idea, user

I have had this idea for a sitcom. It's about 4 guys sitting around, whining about their sex life. PG of course, with lots of innuendo.

What if we take the star wars OT... And remake it with an entirely minority cast

it must be done

The detective has to deal with his boss, who's out to protect important members of society from investigation and only seems to care about how the police force is portrayed in the media

he's blind.

detective is a normal guy who is also crazy and its the voices in his head who solve the crimes!!

A hooker with a black heart.
A show about a serial killer who is really horrible to everyone.
An optimistic young cop who hasn't seen enough shit.

he smells the scene

Instead of four people of varying personalities living or existing in close proximity, we take the funny one from a bunch of previous shows and put them all in a house.

> Sophia from The Golden Girls
> Chandler from Friends
> Norm from Cheers
> George from Seinfeld

Then we release the spiders...

>What Happened?
After TV signals, radio and Internet go down. A small community becomes isolated and decides to figure out what happened to the rest of the country, however there is a big difference about this community compared to the rest of America. They are all preppers. People who have prepared for apocalyptic scenarios or nuclear and have all decided to just keep to themselves however when a stranger arrives bringing news of what exactly has happened they don't know if they should trust him.

Monk
Frost
Columbo
Daredevil
Ace Heart

Noting that Ace Heart is from the show Dog City

What about a show about a Detective who plays it entirely by the book, even when the case goes unsolved for it?

>2 corrupt cops
>Each episode a new scheme to screw someone out of money/steal drugs
>But the cops are incompetent idiots
>Come out at the end of each episode looking like heroes when their plan backfires and they accidentally catch the badguys/confiscate drugs

...

So Clarissa?

Wouldn't be aired, too negative to the police. If it were to exist it would be a movie.
Would work for a TV movie, not a TV show.
How would this work? Are you saying he should have chances to solve it? Or he knows who the criminal is but lets them get away with it, or is forced to let them get away with it?
Doesn't sound too compelling.

>How would this work? Are you saying he should have chances to solve it? Or he knows who the criminal is but lets them get away with it, or is forced to let them get away with it?
>Doesn't sound too compelling.
It'd just be a slice of life sort of thing, more about the characters than the cases most of the time.

>Wouldn't be aired, too negative to the police

The Wire and Shield were busts, huh?

A show about a taciturn man who drives at night, and does random (legal and illegal) jobs

it could be called Night Driver

Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd century (not even kidding)

Youre not understanding, its about a man who rapes pedophiles.'

Nah,the Drivecrawler.

The detective has big boobs

A detective series set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity has now started living in walled off settlements. A detective discovers how corrupt his settlement's leader is after they uncover a human trafficking and paedophile ring but with the world going to shit and everyone going to war over a lack of resources the detective wonders if there is any point in bringing someone like that to justice in the times they live in?

That's sounds fucking awful. Go home.

Show about Robin Hood but he's a serial killer and the protag is the sherrif of Nottingham
