I think you all need a history lesson.
We joined the EEC under suspicious circumstances at best. Edward Heath assured the Brittish public they we not joining some sort of greater European union. They voted twice and it was literally shoved through parliament much like Brexit is being now.
In 1994, when I was 14 we joined the European Union.
There was no public vote or consultation.

Also the gutting of British manufacturing while going all out on the London financial cartel.

I'm a PA. I went through the long grueling process of getting reciprocity for my education in the UK and after I finish up a few more months at work I'll have a decent enough resume to see if I can get a job in the healthcare system over there.
It's a shame my grandparents gave up their British citizenship, I wouldn't have to do this bullshit had they just passed it down.
United States is doomed and it looks like true Toryism is about to make a resurgence across the pond so I'm coming on over boys. Not a leech though, I actually work and contribute and all that.

Your ancestors are fucking traitors to the crown at best and probably not even fucking British. You probably have a shitload of nigger and indian blood coursing through your impure veins. You were raised in a degenerate culture that has rendered you a cultural contagion even if you aren't consciously aware of it. You will never be British, you will always be "the yank" and will be treated as such. Forever an outsider, never accepted. Probably true for you now because as we all know expats are always losers who failed in their own country and somehow think things will be better halfway round the world.

Either that or his family moved over there within the last 300 years. Do remainers even know what they voted against? It's honestly gone way past trying to thwart democracy and becoming a case of "I BLAME BREXIT FOR THIS" or "YOU VOTED FOR THIS WHEN YOU VOTED FOR BREXIT"

>the money isn't great but it's a lot better than a lot of other industries.
Yea I'd be taking a major pay cut, like a gut wrenching one. But honestly the United States is no longer the free and independent project of glory that the Founding Fathers setup. We've lost ourselves so completely I see no hope for the future here.
The one thing I'm worried about with NHS is opportunity though.... In the US a PA can get a job literally anywhere at anytime, we are badly needed. Can't tell if that's the same in the UK.
>fucking kill yourself now.
All in good time brother
Brayden Baker
Leaving Britain for America is a betrayal of the crown, end of. If his family moved 20 years ago that would still be true. Moving to Australia and New Zealand is still acceptable, Canada used to be but they've fallen into complete degeneracy owing to their proximity to the US.
Parker Davis
You're underestimating the YOUTH and the EDUCATED
Apparently they all fucking love Corbyn. It's crazy but it seems to be true.
Definitely don't think they'll win but I think the Tories will be hemorrhaging votes next election and I think there will be another coalition and I can't see Labour and the SNP doing anything together.

Man, /britpol/ almost makes me wish I was British. Your politics are so much more interesting and entertaining than ours. Seriously, half the reason to love Trump is that he's the most interesting thing to happen to US politics in years. Most of the time it's just people yelling about racists and endlessly trolling for money.
Jeremiah Lewis

but they are actually winning votes up here slowly. I genuinely think they'll get a constituency or two, mine is easy pickings. There's an ex BNP lad who runs as independent, nearly won last year.

Well you're going to be coming to a far less free country I think. I have never been to the US nor do I know much about the way it works but I imagine that our small Island is a lot more controlled than your insane amount of land. And remember that the cost of living is probably higher here than in the US, though that depends completely on where you live and on your healthcare plan over there.
The NHS turnover is HIGH. With good experience you really shouldn't find it too hard to get in, though I've got no personal experience. I assume you can apply from abroad since half of the staff come from fuck knows where so that's worth a go... If not, definitely take a look at UK recruitment agencies and see if they can help you sort it.
Outside of the NHS I'm not sure. In London there are a shit load of jobs but in the rest of England you're likely to end up in the 'apply and hope' scenario. Though many places seem to have an unreasonable hardon for US workers so you'll be at the front of the queue (thanks Obama).
I'd try BUPA and SAGA too, they're our biggest private healthcare companies and pay better than the NHS from what I've heard.

Shame UKIP don't allow BNP members as they'd see a big surge but it makes sense.
If an ex BNP indy can get close then I think UKIP have a fucking good chance. I've got a bet on 6 seats in the next election so I fucking hope so.

Yes this is absolutely true. However I find the British seem to have some sense of tradition (at least outside of the major cities) and your people seem to care about their country and government somewhat considering your level of turnout for elections and such.
My problem with the United States is complex and I couldn't explain it on an image board. Mind you this is coming from someone who served and has worked in the American healthcare system. I believe in the men and the ideas that founded this country but we let it all fall apart.
All I'll say is that William Pitt the Younger hit the nail on the head: "Let the American people go into their debt-funding schemes and banking systems, and from that hour their boasted independence will be a mere phantom."
>NHS turnover is HIGH..... US workers at the front of the queue....try BUPA and SAGA
This is all amazing information, thank you man.
