Is taxman half black? His nose is very blackish.

what is king tommens tax policy?

Irish genes

Let them eat slow roster ell with wild berries and artichoke hearts

15% flat tax on income and no sales tax.

Splat tax

Even they have to pay taxes? Even for their tiny orc cradles?

What was Sauron's childcare policy? Did he provide nurseries so that orc parents could discharge their evil duties?

He subsidised day care clinics however due to the wage disparity between military personnel and day sitters, most of these facilities were still horrendously understaffed making spots in the day care quite competitive even though they were affordable. The result was many single parent orcs having to stay home to look after their children. The combined affect of pumping money into childcare services to little avail whilst also supporting orc parents who were looking after their offspring nearly caused a collapse of the Mordor economy and seriously dented the efficacy of the army which lost nearly a quarter of its forces. Due to the timing, many attribute Sauron's loss to this economic bungle and Henry Kissinger has gone on record to state that it was one of the largest and most easily avoidable errors of a mono-theo-anarcho-dictatorship in recent history.

were the Uruk-Hai grown by Saruman and born as adults in the book or was that just Hackson fuckery?

Did Tolkien ever explain how Isengard's disastrous economic policies led to a shortage of meat for the Uruk Hai

He bred them.

>'But these creatures of Isengard, these half-orcs and goblin-men that the foul craft of Saruman has bred, they will not quail at the sun,' said Gamling.

>Worse than that: he has been doing something to them; something dangerous. For these Isengarders are more like wicked Men. It is a mark of evil things that came in the Great Darkness that they cannot abide the Sun; but Saruman's Orcs can endure it, even if they hate it. I wonder what he has done? Are they Men he has ruined, or has he blended the races of Orcs and Men? That would be a black evil!'

why were they so ill equipped for the journey?
you'd think Saruman of Many Colors would know better

...

Well done! Well done! You are all very big guys! HOWEVER

can someone explain this meme? i was gone for like a whole day

Saruman the White became Saruman of Many Colours because he was trying to diversify his investments

some LOTR faggot got triggered and is not spamming this trying to force a meme.

Kek

What was this user's tax policy?

Did we really turn his thoughts on Middle Earth into a board meme? Because I think that is great.

reddit just discovered a GRRM quote from years in which he tries to explain his approach to fantasy by comparison with Tolkien, but as anything he says, it comes off obnoxious and pretentious

now they're trying to force this old garbage using GRRM book quotes from 15 years ago

baby groot

How many brothels did Minas Tirith have?

Did the brothels become higher quality the higher up the city you traveled?

Hackson would have perfected Minas Tirith if it was slightly bigger and if the field was more vibrant.

>outer wall isn't black stone
DROPPED

What exactly was GRR's fictional tax plan anyway?
Why was he so obsessed with other people's fictional tax plans?

...

underrated post

Needs an edit with George RR's face.

>George never claims that he's better than Tolkien
>George in fact says Tolkien is a far better writer of prose, but George utilises what he is good at to make a successful book
>When asked to clarify, George talks about how he has an extremely fleshed out universe, with complex religions, political structures, dynasties, and different political offices, such as a master of coin, who can oversee tax policy and exploit the position for wealth or influence. Tolkien's books don't have these sort of things.
>Sup Forums spergs out about George being arrogant, despite a) this being a book, and b) George is actually fairly self-aware.

He thoughts on Middle Earth are a meme.

it's a pretty gud meme desu

>an extremely fleshed out universe, with complex religions, political structures, dynasties, and different political offices
ahahahahahaha

>extremely fleshed out universe, with complex religions, political structures, dynasties, and different political offices

>user gets buttflustered when Sup Forums starts memeing his favourite author

best episodes desu

>an extremely fleshed out universe, with complex religions, political structures, dynasties, and different political offices

even if this were true, this is not something to brag about

>complex religions
No creation story yet and no schisms and heresies for thousands of years
>political structures
Litetally only titles are king, lord, knight and no dukes or barons
>dynasties
Extinguish quickly despite surviving for thousands of years

Not saying I hate the books but yeah

holy shit kill yourself desu

Not an argument

ITS AWWWWWWRIGHT

nether is this

...

Actually this one WAS an argument, dumbfuck.

Source? Google is being unhelpful.

why is everyone so triggered by this? GRRM dindu nuffin

>Arrive to new region
>Bring horse to a halt
>State tax policy, banking laws, notable financial regulations, prospects and outlooks, active tariffs, financial stability, GDP, employment data, average credit score of the citizenry, housing availability, health insurance system, recent rate hikes, and retirement options, then read off a list of the top markets and go over the corresponding stock activity over the last quarter
>Continue riding towards the city

kill yourself faggot

...

I found it, Goblin Slayer.

Did Aragorn make the baby orcs pay taxes? This is the most important part of any story.

>mfw I am not OP and have been banned for at least 3 of those posts

>has an extremely fleshed out universe, with complex religions, political structures, dynasties, and different political office
He has them, but they're not complex.
We have entire languages penned by Tolkien himself that are completely speakable and working, with and entire doorstoppers worth of backstory to the main books
Gurm's world is deep when looking in faintly but reveals itself to be quite shallow upon closer inspection. And that's okay too, but Gurm bills himself as "master autist world builder" when he's really not.
