Shouldn't have been a 5 yard penalty and replay. Should have counted the catch (since the guy moving had no relevance towards the rest of the play) and then imposed a 5-10 yard penalty on top of that.
So it should have been a 1st down from the 10-15 yard line or so. That's how I would count it if I was a ref.

Ohio State and Penn State losing just shows how much better the B1G is than any other conference due to it's depth. Iowa or Michigan State just showed that they'd easily run the table in any of the other conferences if anything they should both be put into the top 10 and OSU and PSU shouldn't drop at all
