Bro, physical activity will help you so much. Not only will it make you physically stronger, but it will also strengthen your mind. Working out in any form causes a release of chemicals in your body which flow to your brain. It will give you focus and control. After a good workout, you'll feel tired but your brain will also feel CLEAR. It will give you the discipline to say "you know what, this qt 3.14 can wait".

Things are pretty perfect. We spent the last 3 months together travelling round Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. Went to a festival together, she's met all my friends and my family absolutely adore her.
