Packers on the verge of going 0-3 after losing their star QB

>Packers on the verge of going 0-3 after losing their star QB
>4-1 when he went down, soon to be 4-4

Is this not concrete proof you need an elite QB to do anything in this league?

>Right Collarbone: "OOOHHHHHHH SHI-"

Yes. Anyone who says a quarter back alone can't change a team is stupid and just drafts shitty or average qbs. A good qb turns a shit team to a good one. Then you have to figure out everything else

All you have to do is go through the super bowl winners and quarterbacks back to about Mark Rypien to figure this out
>good qb
>all-time great defense
you need one of these to win a super bowl, no exception

Its moreso proof that the packers have retarded leadership and no talent without Rodgers. The man puts both on his back and drags them to playoff games, where they lose because of their coaching.

Good O-line > Good QB
i've seen complete bums look great behind a good offensive line

Rodgers isn't a good qb though. He's a transcendent talent and the Packers are just a dogshit organization that got lucky.

Imagine being this mad

>2017 Jags
Meme team. Only good win is against the Steelers with Ben throwing 5 picks

Was anything i said wrong?

Not even elite, even an above average QB makes a bad team look okay. Look at how disastrous the colts are without Luck, and Luck isn't nearly as good as Rodgers.

And let me chip in that wins vs the steelers don't count because they always find ways to get beat by average and mediocre teams

You're welcome, rest of the NFL.

How are Packers fans not rioting? 25+ years of HoF play at the position and 2 rings to show for it. 3 years with Hundley and he's complete ass. And yet I see the Packers being praised for being a "model organization." It's all trash.

>Rodgers isn't good
>the Packers got lucky with Rodgers
Wew lad

Aside from the Patriots, the Puckers are the most groomed team by the NFL. They're the "do no wrong" team because of their history. Maybe Rodgers being dead will expose them to the world for the shit team that they are

The patriots can lose Brady for the year and win 11 games. The Packers have a shitty coach.

>Is this not concrete proof you need an elite QB
Well, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but the fact is that he is definitely one of the top 96 professional quarterbacks in the country and should, therefore, be playing in the NFL.

*Gives you an upkneel*

>Rodgers isn't good
>He's a transcendent talent

Do you even reading comprehension?

As a lifelong Packers fan you have hit the nail on the head. They've hyped up Hundley for 3 years now and he looks fucking awful. He doesn't even look like a rookie who may seem hesitant/reserved. He looks scared. He looks panicked and he is either not making decisions or taking way too long to make a choice. Terrible development. They clearly have not thought about a life without Rodgers it's disgraceful.

It wasn't even the waiting too long to throw or the terrible judgement Hundley had tonight that concerned me- it was the fact that he would stare at the receiver for 2 seconds before throwing it.

Of course the defence is going to crush you when you do that

uh...ah...mmm. Why didn't the packers just get a new quarterback if they don't trust Hundley to throw it past 5 yards. Callahan has always looked better than hundley. If you they start him next week than wtf.

>Is this not concrete proof you need an elite QB to do anything in this league?
It's concrete proof that if you're gonna put all your eggs in one basket you'd better be damn well prepared to get fucked when it tears.

Trade out Rogers for some middle of the road not-terrible QB like Eli or Flacco and they're a 4~6 win team at best.

Staffard is the top paid qb. How is gb "putting their eggs in one basket"?

By not having a single player with talent beyond Aaron Rogers.

Lol look at this mad 0 ring vikcuck

youve had a good quarterback since you can remember unless your pushing 40 so you may not understand this but serviceable quarterbacks arent a common commodity. I root for a team thats never had one{cleveland} and live in a city thats never had one{houston} other than flashes in the pan. Teams wildly overpay out the ass to keep 15-20th-tier quarterbacks and after that theres no quarterbacks you can win consistently with

Hey vikings fan, enjoy your most successful season, aka, losing any game that actually matters.

TYBB

They weren't very good outside of their qb. Rodgers was saving games for them, and now he's gone. It's more a testament to Rodger's skill that they were winning at all with the team how it was.

Nah vikes are on their 3rd string QB since week three and they're 6-2. Great defense and a game manager will get you wins. Packers just blow besides rodgers

...

Mike McCarthy has an inflated ego, and probably believes it was his coaching (and not just Rodgers being Rodgers) that has made the team great.

If your defense is good, you can get by with an okay quarterback/game manager. But if your qb is just plain bad, there's no saving it.
