i see a lot of german and czech cars everyday, i live quite close to border with czechia, but i don't know what germans do here. also english and french, but they're a bit less common

literally never, and other US states are also fairly rare. There have been a lot of Florida plates from people escaping the hurricane lately though.
I see a lot during summer in the tourist places on the Black Sea coast. russian/polish and czech mostly. occasionally some german.

Sometimes you'll see Canadian ones, but they're pretty rare this far south.
French plates every now and then but not too often. I'm near the Alsace but I don't think this area is interesting for frogs, so it doesn't happen often. Some Germans also just live in France.
Besides, seen a Dutch plate once, pretty sure those are way more common up north

I almost never see foreign car plates (when I do, they're usually from Texas), but I've seen a lot from other states, sometimes even from the opposite corner of Mexico.
