Agreed
quads confirm
>His a fucking kid. Not older than my wife's son.
>he's just a kid. No older than my wife's son.
So close, yet so far
>man he looks like a fuccboi
Raimi was ahead of his time.
Not even my favorite Rami capeshit.
>depicts spider-man as a human with superpowers
>learns to be humble and enjoy life with his shortage of powers
>truly cares for protecting all human life
>is saved and protected by the same people he protects
Meanwhile with modern Marvel movies
>quips
>jokes
>action scenes stuffed in so you don't get bored
>characters are as deep as cardboard cutouts
dub dubs confirmed
Hahahhahahaha
Is this the only capeshit where the hero beats the villain by just fucking talking to them and appealing to their human nature?
>He's a fucking Jew, no older than the ones we justifiably starved in Auschwitz...
Raimi had a strange writing style for most movies but this was completely out of left field.
Modern capeshit are literally action movies with a theme. No time for character development there.
The movie actually had a pretty solid message too. You don't need superpowers, it's important for everyone to try to live up to their potential. Intelligence is a gift. If you have any gift, you shouldn't squander it.
Meanwhile, is there any single Marvel movie with a message as strong?
Doc Ock I've come to bargain...
Spider-man 2 was so shit, it put me off superhero movies for good.
I do not know how people can defend this shit.
The music was terrific too.
Captain America flicks scratch the itch but they're nothing close to this
>yfw spider man is a marvel superhero
dumb fucks
you idiots can only respond in tired memes
Absolute plebian taste op. Nothing has surpassed this yet
I can't tell which is worse
>being so dumb as to miss the context
>being so desperate to feel smart that you deliberately ignore the context
Don't be a rich doodie head who funds weapons of war (who would have thought they'd hurt people?)
The first Iron Man movie came close, too. It was a little heavy-handed (we're selling weapons to evil people who are slaughtering innocents), but I thought it was a solid message.
The first Iron Man was also the only movie not worrying about a whole cinematic universe, so it's kind of special in that regard.
>yfw spider man is a marvel superhero
>dumb fucks
I remember my first post
>the look of horror on his face when he realizes half the people on the train were black
RESPECTE LE DONNE
I've watched Spider-Man 2 start to finish more times than any other movie and I only noticed recently that Phil Lamarr was on the train.
>Don't worry Spider-man, we won't tell a soul
>You better, I know where you people live
Jesus Christ, Raimi
>tfw that scene can't happen today because retards would be snapchatting and tweeting out pics of Spider-Man
>Someone would identify Pete in 15 minutes
>He'd be expelled from university with a warrant put out for his arrest
>Reporters would show up at his apartment
>Mr. Ditkovich would only let them into the building for money and then would bad mouth Pete about his lack of rent
But that would be a great plot point
True. Next question.
It would seem so.
kino
>HEEEERRREEE'S SPIDEY
NUTTED BUT SHE STILL SUCCING
Kek, underrated as fuck comment.
the black man to the right, ive seen before.
Many Such Cases!
What is this, a DC flick?
MCU would never have Pizza Time!
Even Suicide Squad has better scenes.
>Get your darkie hands off me you fucking coon
What the hell Raimi?
The anonymous hivemind of the 21 century
Sauce?
>tfw we get to hear his sultry samurai voice in 2 weeks after 13 years
>*drifting in and out of consciousness*
>moans painfully: "Get your damn dirty hands of--"
Raimi was lucky no one could hear that
>Meanwhile with modern Marvel movies
>Modern
Really makes you think
Is that Boyaga on the right?
