Another hour well spent getting stronger in the gym

Another hour well spent getting stronger in the gym

t. Benches the bar with no weights

But remember, if you fight your weights, they win

> tfw spent 2 weeks studyinf for exams and haven't hit the gym since then ;_;

No, in fact I dont even count the bar.

So you bench air then?

The bar doesn't weigh anything, I only count the plates

I can't squat heavier than 100kg.
Fucking sucks hitting the wall as an Asian manlet.

Good shit user. Post stats.
455/275/535 here.

All 0 of them?

You're japanese. No one blames you, friend. A place that would even let you do so costs an absurd amount, doesn't it?

>tfw started as a skelly and could barely bench the bar
>tfw now approaching 1pl8 after 7 months
may not be much but it's all about that improvemt

Delete this. Barely benched 160lbs for 3 reps yesterday

We all are somewhere before our destination, so long as we're walking towards it.
Cheer up friend, we're all going to make it.

Very good, user! Keep it up! No pain, no gain

Good job user I'm proud of you. That's a fine number for 3 months of lifting.

>tfw after 6 months I can finally curl my arms

I'm a GDE, it's over for me. I cant get a non cuck job, I cant even lift properly. I have no skills and im a virgin.

$60 per month. An American franchise called Anytime fitness.
Sometimes goes to a public sports centre which costs like $4 each time.

Lifting is not good for longevity. Increases your protein needs and increased protein consumption is not good for you.

JUST

>160lbs for 3 reps
I started with the bar alone. Three months laters, I only added 15 kg. I've seen women lifting more.

thanks lad

i'm sure the bf appreciates it lad

GDE?
>I can't get a non-cuck job
Doesn't matter, you can lift
>I have no skills
Doesn't matter, you can lift
>I'm a virgin
doesn't matter, you can lift
>I can't even lift properly
lift until you can.
You're coming with us, you're going to make it. Kicking and screaming, if need be.

I can't progress

Gde = genetic dead end

Yes I totally would. Nothing sucks more than a unmotivated partner.
What program are you running?

>$60 for anytime fitness
This is a crime against humanity.
Have you tried looking for non-chain gyms? Y'know, locally owned sorts? D-do they exist?

...

Ah. Hey man, so am I, it took me over two years to hit 2pl8 for 5, but I did, and it was worth all the effort.
Your bodies capable of more than you think it is. Have patience and lift.

Lmao don't tell me you're one of those "do whatever you want" kind of person that ended up looking like a lost child in the gym.

And then what? It's impossible to look without steroids these days. Even if I do get to a 225 bench then what am I suppose to do? I dont want to use Chinese mercury laced chemicals but I do want to be big and strong.

To look good* damn it I swear I must have had a stroke or something im brainlet too on top of weakling and moneylet

I live in the centre of Tokyo, so that's one of the reasons why it's expensive.( another big reason being most Japanese don't lift, so the gyms charge more)
There is a gym which costs less than $2 each time near the next station.
But considering the commuting costs and the time wasting, it's not really a good deal.
Also, I bet most of those public gyms are for old fucks who barely lift.

You can look better than when you started. You can look like a better version of yourself.
>Even if I do get to a 225 bench then what am I suppose to do?
Continue lifting.

I want to use steroids but im scared of getting poisoned or getting an abscess

What do I do?

Usually after I go on my run at the track I use the pull up bars for a spot of fun
I like running a lot

are you a qt grill?

That's good. Running is healthy. Lifting is not. Just don't do more than 2 miles.

No I'm a former lardass
230 pounds to 166 pounds, 6'1"
I'm from a family of Southern lardasses so being thin is rare (and good) here

Not a public gym, I mean small private gyms, ones that aren't chains or public facilities. Anywhere one goes other than the US and Canada american chains can be frightfully expensive.
Even in a third world country like the philippines you'll pay more for, as an example, golds gym than you would in north america.

But it can't be helped if there's no other options. You have my sympathy, for what it's worth.

> I want to use steroids

Don't use them user. Don't fuck up your life. Don't be retarded

I would recommend you not do steroids. Sorry friend, I'm not about that stuff.

>Can't run for more than 5 minutes without getting exhausted
>Cannot ride a bicycle for more than 20 minutes without getting exhausted
>Cannot deadlift or squat more than girls
>Cannot get a non cuck job
>don't know programming except for what I remember of C

You talked me into lifting.

I've read enough to know that the issues are a result of high doses or longterm use.

The problem is I'm scared of getting an infection or abscesses. That image is just meme fearmongering

Don't measure time, measure distance.
When I started, I took 11 minutes even to do a mile, and could only run the first third.
Now I usually come in between 7:05-7:20, and I know I'll crack 7:00 one day. I very rarely do more than a mile at a time. Sometimes I'll do 3 miles- one mile every few hours

Well unfortunately, $60 per month is quite like the cheapest deal around the centre of Tokyo.
How much do you pay per month?
There is no decent and affordable protein supplement in Japan, so I have to order them from iherb.
BTW, Have any of you tried Myprotein.com?
I'm thinking of trying it next time.

"The shortest way is not always the best way"

I'll tell you again: don't be retarded bro.

I dont understand how to run. I had a race against a child in my neighborhood and they beat me

I've found myprotein to be good tbqh. The sales are retarded though they have a sale every single day for some reason

It's not retarded, it's smart. There is literally no risks from one cycle of testosterone, it's foolproof I'm just scared of infection.

Why? What's the point? Why do you care so much about being strong?

I've never paid more than $30 a month, and so long as I'm willing to commute I can get quite decent facilities for $15.
I haven't, but I've never heard anything bad about myprotein.

Are you asking why men want to look bigger and stronger?

...

I want to look like a man not a cuck

Pic related: some guys progress off one cycle

I benched 225 without even training the bench press

But to be fair i do a lot of calisthenics so thats why. I may go test again, perhaps see if I can go higher than 225.

>the only way to do it is to over do it and end up looking disgusting

I suck at it, love it, but suck

185x3, 315x2, 285x1 BP, DL, Sq
5'11" 163lbs

That's not even bad why are you saying you suck
