I've never eaten fried chicken, can't be arsed to go to a KFC. Chicken is ok, though, I eat chicken like once every two weeks. It's just that easy-to-make, not very unhealthy and reasonably tasty food

well i've had cheap "canard laqué" at the chinese but i don't think it's quite that

my favourite is the canard confit, it's a very different texture from the magret ones
it's from the same ducks that make the foie gras, which are then boiled and stored in salted duck fat
then you cook it in it's own fat and it's delicious

if you come here and want to try though, don't take it in a restaurant, take a box, because i'm sure some retard in the restaurant will think it's a good idea to remove the fat even though it's the best part

Never really thought of how we eat it, to be honest. It's just one of those things most people seem to eat in some manner a few times a week.
