Hey, maybe this is a good enough place to ask this; what do you guys think is the strategy to use for ticket buying? So, I work for an airline and flight costs are marginal for me if there are open seats, and with the US out of the tournament, I might actually find such a seat. I'm thinking of getting a cheap ticket, taking our flight into Moscow and getting to see Russia without the visa hassle. Can you guys think of a smart way to do this?

I think Peru would be the easiest pot 2 opponent we could get. I have a feeling their wins come from playing at their high altitude home arena.

Hopefully FIFA realises that another disastrous tournament for England could begin to kill interest in international football for one of the biggest football spending nations, so maybe they'll rig the groups to give us Russia so we at least make it out of the groups.

Very pleased that Italy didn't make it. I feel like they're one of those teams that no matter what, would always beat England.

Depends entirely on who we get. I feel like England are fairly balanced now, for the first time in over a decade the defence is actually good. Of course we need Kane to have a good tournament, but making the semis is possible. Germany, Brazil, France and Spain are the only teams I'd say that are definitely better than us.

England here, would hate to have Germany, Brazil, Portugal, Argentina or France are they basically the big 5, now and they all seem to beat us every time.

Denmark, Iceland, Sweden and Costa Rica look challenging and are stilighty below us, so I'm not too worried if we have a working system. We don't atm.....

Pot 4 has the wild cards with Serbia, Australia, Hung Son Korea and Ozzie.

If we do make it out of the group, we'd probably finish second and face a group winner. Which brings me back to the big 5, Poland, Belgium and Spain.
