Reminder that Jenna suddenly dropped her Blackpool accent and has been affecting an RP one ever since she got cast in Doctor Who. Your waifu is fake.

RP?

RP = Received Pronunciation. The artificial sort-of-upper-middle-class-London accent that everyone on the BBC used to do but nobody does anymore.

Reminder that anyone who wouldn't do Jenna with either accent or, hell, even Peri's fake "Baltimore" accent, is either lying or dead.

Whatever.

>tfw you'll never partner up with your parallel universe alpha who will show you ropes and teach you to become a chad before being killed by cybermen leaving you to be shunned by his best friend which in correspondence with being ridiculed by the doctor motivates you to man up and stay in that universe to save the world and eventually become the alpha that your parallel self was

I always find it funny when something new drops like a trailer and 1 thread later we're back to mundane threads like "Partners in Crime edition"

I don't blame you though, it wasn't a good teaser

Erm. I'm from Blackpool originally. She kept a Lancs accent for DW, went for the more 'royal' accent for Queen Vic.

WTF is wrong with some people on Gallifrey base

>Le year is 2017 can't have no more white middle aged Doctor and Master onscreen at once.

Why should race of the main characters matter, I understand the need for a diverse cast, but if two old whitemen work then allow it, just like if two old black men as the leads work let it. This guy seems to be self hating. It's quite sad.

We could do a whole Sammi discussion on how maybe the teaser means there will be something new on the website later this week and if so it might turn out to mean something for the Twelfth Doctor or maybe for Bill but it might not if it even happens but it might.

Thanks for sharing, user! Where can I subscribe to your blog? You're very insightful

>WTF is wrong with some people on Gallifrey base
Error: Comment too long.

Meanwhile, WTF is wrong with some people that they get triggered by other people being triggered? Most of us never would have read that guy's post if you hadn't showed it to us, and most of us still don't care about it.

If you had to kill a baby to save your penis, would you?

1. Can I still pee?
2. Have I had sex at least once?

>Meanwhile, WTF is wrong with some people that they get triggered by other people being triggered?
Are you telling me you're not triggered by that post? Because that triggers me.

Can it be any baby?

>1. Can I still pee?
Yes
>2. Have I had sex at least once?
No

Watching this rn

Do these fools realise Hugh Laurie was paid $1m an ep for House? And fuck knows what Charles Dance gets paid for a mere cameo in anything now.

Agree they'd be a dream combo....emphasis on 'dream'..

>Can it be any baby?
No

>Do these fools realise Hugh Laurie was paid $1m an ep for House?
Have you never heard of The Night Manager, aka the next thing Hugh Laurie did after House, and for a BBC salary?

Then which baby is it?

>Are you telling me you're not triggered by that post? Because that triggers me.
OK, I am slightly triggered by "old…middle-aged men". You can't be old and middle-aged at the same time unless you're Cloister.

>Then which baby is it?
It's a Japanese baby

Don't forget to kys

>It's a Japanese baby
Japanese-American, or Japanese? And if the latter, is it the same one Robert Smith has been whining about for 30-odd years? These details are important.

Yep. 6 episodes, he wasn't the main star, and there were 3 other production companies. Coincidentally not deliberately, was on holiday in Devon last year and visited some of The Night Manager filming locations.

Meanwhile, I'm still wondering about the scenario where killing a baby will save a penis. If he's just bitten down really hard, there may be better ways to solve it than death, and really, you shouldn't be going around getting your penis stuck in babies' mouths often enough that you have to worry about that problem.

Doctor Who has been a glib facsimile of itself since David Tennant and Russel T. Davies left.

Why is the Ice Queen the center monster?

>there were 3 other production companies
And even with those 3 other production companies, he still only got somewhere between £500K-£1M (the exact amount is "secret") for the entire run, which means in the neighborhood of $150K/episode. So the idea that he'd never work for under $1M/episode again is silly.

Stalling for time won't save your penis. Tick tock tick tock

Doctor Who has been a glib facsimile of itself since Peter Capaldi and Steven W. Moffat left.

Reminder: Nordell is The Watcher sent by River Song.

N-nice Colin dubs user.

spot on
series 11 was awful. like a parody of a the tennant era.

>Nordell
who?

> It's a Donna in officewear episode
> It's a Donna on the toilet episode

This is now a wanking to Donna thread.

I'd say no, I would not kill it. I couldn't do that to the parents and I hear nowadays doctors can make you a new penis anyhow.

>not watching Sammi Carter on a regular basis

I'm not the original user, I'm just a traveler passing by, trying to help him get the information he needs. By the way, hello, I'm the Chiropodist, and this is my friend… oh, I seem to have forgotten her somewhere in my Time-Washing Machine.

>series 11
Time traveler confirmed

DW at 13 episodes a season, playing the lead role? Doubt he'd do it for any less than £1.5m a year. According to 'rumours' Capaldi earns less than a third of that.

SACK CHINBALLS NOW!! HE'S RUINING THIS SHOW!!

>DW at 13 episodes a season, playing the lead role? Doubt he'd do it for any less than £1.5m a year. According to 'rumours' Capaldi earns less than a third of that.
Well, Capaldi's on the list of 9 people who got somewhere between 500K-1M, so not quite less than a third…but most guesses are that it's a lot closer to 500K than 1M.

Meanwhile, Laurie being a bigger name draw than Capaldi, and being pitched as "the guy who will bring the ratings back" rather than "someone we think will be perfect for the artistic direction I want to take with the show in my last 3-5 years", would presumably mean he could get more than Capaldi for the same job.

And, most importantly, we're talking about the same basic ballpark, not off by a factor of 10 or something. If the BBC and Chibs both wanted Laurie, and he wanted the job, there's a good chance they could negotiate something everyone could accept.

Is "Do You Have a License" available online? I have the videotape, but I don't have a VCR, or even know anyone who does…

Probably nothing, in the series 5 trailer a Silurians head was the big bad in the trailer. But they weren't the series main villains.

>please don't touch me

Father and son?

I love how he words this like they're friends.

This show sucks

Just finished the last War Doctor volume, "Casualties of War." I'd been putting it off for a few days, but finally had a free Saturday to sit down and listen. Didn't think I'd listen to it all in one day, but I did. My thoughts:
Pretty Lies — A decent story that's exciting all the way through. It's probably the most action packed of the three, and it kept me the most on my toes. It actually had me feeling bad for certain characters and the citizens of the setting, which was a Dalek-attacked town.
The Lady of Obsidian — Leela's back! We find out what happened to her during the war, and her reunion with the Doctor is a fitting one. Any part of the story not focused on Leela, though, was a bit dull.
The Enigma Dimension — the Daleks get serious, and we get a lot of Leela and Cardinal Ollistra. The Doctor does something that shocks me towards the end, though why it shocks me I do not know; it really hits home what he's willing to do to end the war, and although I'm already fully aware of the lengths that he'll go to, I'm still, for some reason surprised by it. Perhaps I cannot accept that this man is not the Doctor.

I didn't realize how much I enjoyed this series until I was aware that I would get no more of it. The Doctor's final lines in the last story make it even worse, since it ended on such a sad note. But he was the Doctor — and John Hurt made a fine Doctor — whether he liked it or not.

May Hurt rest in peace.

Imagine getting your dick sucked by RTD. You become his boyfriend but you don't think it's working out so decide to end it with Russell, he asks can he give you one last blowjob, you agree. While he's midway sucking on your Willy he bites down hard with the ferocity of a slitheen. RTD just bit your dick off, you can't save your dick but you realize all will be okay, your dick becomes sentient and lives for billions of years and becomes the ''Dick of Boe'' and saves a civilization in the far future, so your loss of manhood was worth it in the end.

What the fuck is on Russell's lip?!

>after so long
Surely Adam hasn't be set stalking since the RTD era?

>Leela's back!
So, do they explain what happened after she died and got reincarnated as an Earth baby? Or did I miss another story after that? Or is this a different timeline or something? Or has BF just stopped trying to play the "everything fits into on continuity" game entirely?

He's been stalking since the dawn of time

>He's been stalking since the dawn of time
Since the wheel and the fire.

Has he fuck.

Sorry, I've never read the NAs because I'm a pleb. I have no clue. She was just supposedly fighting early in the war, and then something happened to her, and she relocated somewhere else and everyone presumed her to be dead. But she didn't go to Earth, nor was she said to have been reincarnated in the story.

>implying they are not

>Sorry, I've never read the NAs because I'm a pleb.
That's from other Big Finish audios.

The NAs just left her chilling on Gallifrey with her husband Andred, with no real problems except that their baby may have flown back in time and become the Other or something.

Never heard those stories, then. Guess I'm even double the pleb, now.

Nope, they don't address it, but maybe timelines have gotten assfucked ten times to Sunday. Leela was said to have no children explicitly in this story.

When I heard Leela was coming to War's series, I was kind of looking forward to how they'd merge the Gallifrey timeline into the War timeline. But now that I think about it, I'm not sure why I should be so interested about inconsistencies in Leela's timeline and not in, say, Gallifrey still being around to fight over.

Sad thing is, I had the same realization with the Gallifrey series itself. "Ohmigod, Trey can't be Romana III, Romana III is the Louise Brooks one from the books!" but Gallifrey getting destroyed, again, between the time in the books and the time in the LGTW, yeah, whatever. Gallifrey gets blown up a lot, that's what it's for nowadays.

how come after 7 years some people still can't let tennant go
so they've shat on smith and especially capaldi

i don't think it's very fair
was 10 really the "perfect doctor"?

>how come after 7 years some people still can't let tennant go
Because they want to be like the cool older kids who after 37 years still can't let Baker go and shit on Davison, Other Baker, McCoy, McGann, McEccleston, McTennant, McSmith, and McCapaldi.

Nardo?

There are some corners of the universe which have bred the most terrible things. Things which act against everything we believe in. They must be fought.

Is she DTF fans?

>he hasn't been following the russtache saga

...

I was on motherless and I found this vintage Russian porno and the opening sequence (see pic) reminded me of the 7th Doctor's opening :)

Wow, it does look pretty similar. Does the theme have the middle eight played on 80s-porn-bass? Does Sylvester's head appear in the middle of the credit sequence?

How could you ever think the 10th Planet Cybermen were shit? these guys are top level Kino, fuck you Moffat.

Still not as cool as pic-related.

>tfw when discover that nobody trademarked "Cybermen" only after you've released two videos establishing "Cyberon" as a brand identity.

Yes, user, and he even winks at me like he's saying "good job watching vintage Russian rape porn on a Saturday night"

Great now I'm going to be hearing Sylvester McCoy roll the "r"s in "Rrrrrrussian rrrrrrrrap porrrrrrn" all night in my head.

Is this entertaining enough for you? Is this what you want, Gods of rrrrrrRRRRRRrrrrrrrRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrRagnarok; RRRRrrrrRussian RRRRRRrrrrrrRape porn, the girls screaming and bRRRrrrRRapping as they're defiled and vi-oh-layted? Makes sense, doesn't it? RRRRrrrrRRRussians, rrrRRRrrrRaping RRRRrrrrRRRussians.

TARDIS Data Core page on Robert Shearman:
>He was interviewed in issue 485 of Doctor Who Magazine for the revival series' tenth anniversary. He commented that he had always hoped that the show would return to TV.

Because it's news that a guy who wrote for BBV and wrote a pastiche of The Ultimate Adventure for fan groups to perform and later wrote "Rob and Toby's Marathon Watch of Doctor Who" about exactly what it sounds like wanted Doctor Who to come back.

I'm almost there. If you could mix a couple metaphors or play the spoons I think it would push me over the edge.

So long ago. It was a bit after Easter and I'd been away so my mom gave me a ton of chocolate when I'd come back. First thing I did was watch Bells of Saint John while stuffing my face. What a sugar rush. What a day.

Feels so long ago. So, so long.

Best variation for the best episode of series 5

Now the Gods of RRRRrrrRagnarok want to try out some interspecies breeding.. with the Russians! That doesn't usually go well in my experience.. bear that in mind Delta.. let me tell you how humans do the do — the birds and the Bannermen: *plays spoons as an interpretive dance that conveys reproduction*

Is Blair Mowat's theme for the later Big Finish VNA adaptations available online anywhere? (Not the Unbound/Benny crossover theme.)

>donna

I don't get it.
She's an annoying puncheable old ugly hag, what's the appeal?

Frank offerino.

Hahahahahahaha!

Why not go the whole hog and make them black AND female?

If the BBC (Big Black Cuck) really wants to kill Who this would be a good way of doing it.

>bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-39093558
Sorry you're triggered.

Gosh, it must be infuriating to you that this stuff gets so many readers; maybe if you force lots of people who never would have otherwise read it and care nothing about David Harewood's opinions to read it, that'll somehow help the problem of too many people reading David Harewood's opinions.

Wouldn't mind a black guy. Don't want David Harewood, though.

youtube.com/watch?v=P8Tkqln-l4s

>Don't want David Harewood, though.
He's the Martian Manhunter guy who used to be on Homeland, right? Is he even English?

Anyway, he's not bad, but nothing spectacular, and there's nothing particularly Doctorish about him, even if he is English. Probably wouldn't be on my top ten list even if I were restricted to male black people about his age.

>black AND female
Would that be a problem?
