Its good to have for a emergency but not for when you are sick.
Sometimes you get worse than when you entered of all the sick people around you and takes hours to get checked only to receive some paracetamol or anti-parasite pills.
Porbably some pills to fight flu or allergies.
I feel better paying $5 and $10-20 in medicine to a local doctor and feel better the next day than spending 2 days to MAYBE get better in a 5.
