I've never been to a protest before or any sort of demonstration but if they are cooking something up like this I would been on the streets of London hopefully with the other 17 million of us who voted Leave.

>Tories are going to elect their SECOND (2nd) female PM >Kippers might elect a gay or minority leader >Before Labour does either of these
Remind me again why Labour is the party of regressive Lefty faggots who call the Conservatives and UKIP racist and sexist?

Maybe we could convince the EU to kick us out for being undemocratic. Isn't that one of the rules?

The fact that Sup Forums and Sup Forums hate Theresa May is proof that it's all lefties.
Here you have a potential PM who will actually cut degeneracy it its root by banning porn and censoring the Internet (including filthy sites like this one) but Sup Forums is bitching about it because they're all just closet degenerates, even the ones who claim to be moral or traditional.
Want to test if someone is really right wing? Ask them if they support Internet censorship.
If they don't they're leftie degenerates.
You pretend to be fascist yet when someone actually threatens to enact policies in line with fascism or traditionalism you hate them because they're gonna take away your porn.

Loving freedom is very much a right wing thing, whilst excessive government interference with peoples lives is a lefty thing.

she's a social justice blairite like David Cameron, perhaps even worse. she will undermine Brexit.
Blairisim =/= Conservatism
Camden Reyes
You're right. I hope you support the banning of guns. That's among the biggest facilitators of degeneracy and if you support gun rights you're a lefty degenerate really.

Yeah dude making it criminal to disagree with gay marriage is so traditionalist
May is one of the politicians that rid the social conservatives in the party of any power

Since the spaniard masterbaiter isn't gonna give you a serious response, let me give you my view, which is why I still hold to the ideal of the EU, as broken as it is:
First of all, we know how sovereignty functions and how it's never absolute.
The EU can and should be the exercise of that sovereignty. The Council is the governments. The Parliament is people from the political scene of the states elected directly to represent the people in the EU - creating an effective balance between people getting who they want to represent them in the nation and someone else (or at least a different proportion) in Europe.
For common market, it's ok. It's a trade deal. Your participation in that trade deal is always going to mean you have to give something.
As long as it's about reasonable freedom of movement, that's ok. If you get to pool your sovereignty together with other nations to decide how to move between each other, that's not taking anything away from you. It only does when it becomes absolute - you're not allowed to impose checks and balances. As in, what it has become.
On investment policies like Cohesion, it's not in any way taking from your national sovereignty. Because in the end it's the price you pay for the single market - you get more out of it, the poorer states suffer, so you give some back so they can afford sewers.
Where it becomes non-compatible is in the expanded list of EU competences. EU foreign policy, eurozone stuff within the EU, health policy and such not specifically related to single market - there we reach a point where it's a clear infringement on national sovereignty.

You could.
But then money would start singing and we'd alter our values.

Is that really him? Don't think I've ever seen a picture of him young before.

We're only backing Leadsom because we don't believe Gove has a reasonable chance of winning, right?
Because we value freedom first above party politics you bumder
Charles Cook
>Moving to wales in a few months Any advice?
Sebastian Jackson
Our American friend does at least throw up an interesting point of debate brit/pol/.
How do you consolidate pro-freedom vs anti-degeneracy when deciding your political stance?
>on the one hand fuck degeneracy destroying civilisation >on the other hand fuck authoritarian "pick up that can" governments telling you what to do
How did you choose between libertarianism and authoritarianism as part of considering yourself right-wing? How do you defeat degeneracy but maintain freedom?
Jordan Foster
Because they're based as fuck, they're allowed to be uppity for the foreseeable future.

Gove has zero charisma. And why would declaring war against three countries at once be a reason to respect him?
Charles Anderson
Don't move to Cardiff, but don't be too far from it either.
Christian Wilson
If you want a truly right wing government, you back Gove.
Jordan Davis
I've backed Gove all along. Leadsom is a meme. She isn't even a cabinet minister and she thought leaving the EU would be a "disaster" not long before the referendum.
Gove is the only realistic candidate I believe actually wants to leave.
Liam Ortiz
What are the Welsh's opinion of the English living in Wales? I lived in Scotland for a while but knew they didn't like me.
Connor Hughes
we're backing Gove because he has too many links to the Osborne treasury. Essentially he'll deliver Brexit but will be like Cameron
Leadsom will deliver Brexit and will be an actual Conservative (although worryingly her comments on "social justice" are a bit dodgy)
Kevin Jackson
Because they're ramming degeneracy down the throats of the public and want it perceived as normal and if you don't go along with that you're a wrong think nazi criminal
I want to be free to be left alone

So the Tories will have had 2 Female PM's maybe a couple of gay ones depending on what you think Pitt the younger, Balfour and Heath were. They're a strange Conservative party.

>How do you defeat degeneracy but maintain freedom?
Usually by having religion, creating a cultural standard that people follow without needing the government to enforce it.
You can thank our fedora-tipping friends that we don't have that anymore.

That's a completely different entity though, look at our CER agreement with Australia because it's what you're describing. You don't need a bureaucratic supranational government and a currency union to do it unless you also want to be a bloated federal superstate

Guys I think I fucked up. I must have inadvertently revealed my power level to my Mum during the Brexit campaign. She left her Facebook logged in when she went to work and I saw all her messages to my brother and sister that she's "worried" and that I was "pretty much a Nazi".
She's been weird with me ever since the result came out for Leave and I gloated about it
