there's nothing funnier than mexican chorizos, i almost fell from my chair when i saw that you have to open them before eating them.
We call this the "Italian Sausage" but I don't think Italians actually eat anything resembling it? They have some combination of basil, fennel, and red pepper flakes
We also have breakfast sausages, which seem to trigger European posters severely.
