Yes, technical terms from English mostly. Nationalists replaced a lot of loanwords with Finnish early when we got independence, so we got spared from the worst of it. Young people use a lot of made up loanwords from english though, and the Helsinki slang is mostly loanwords from Swedish.

Depends how old the word is. Older loanwords are mainly from German, Swedish and Russian. Can be a bit confusing, like the word momentti, which translates to torque and not momentum.
