The four beat to this is too quick for me, I tried the Cha-Cha to match it with meagre succes, and as well the Jive which felt not adequate, can a dance user inform me what is the better option?

It's actually very nice, it promotes both cardio exercise, muscle-building(in the legs), and it challenges one to learn, what starts out simple but becomes increasingly more challenging over time.
I also want to learn more about songs and what dances to use when is all.
