He said that "no reasonable prosecutor" would have bought a case against her. This doesn't mean that he doesn't think a crime occurred, or that her mishandling of classified information wasn't criminal. Rather, it's that upon weighing the evidence, he doesn't believe that a prosecutor could prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. There is a distinction between not being able to prove a case vs. "finding nothing worth prosecuting over."
Shilling for Trump won't work. The trick is just to hold their vote up to an improbable standard. Shilling for Jill Stein might work.

Tomorrow morning at 10 am the Full House Committee on Government Oversight and Reform is holding a hearing where FBI Director Comey and Attorney General Loretta Lynch are going to testify.
Comey's report on the FBI's findings was extremely problematic. To any unbiased lawyer, the language he used in his report would imply he found that there was substantial evidence to try her under felony charges/treason charges but then he recommends no charges.
The Oversight committee is going to argue tomorrow that the A.G. and the FBI are not doing their jobs and that Hillary should have charges filed against her based on the language Comey used.
Comey's report implied not only that these discussed felony charges should be filed against her but also that she perjured herself.
He said she was "extremely careless" in her handling of these classified documents. That is the literal definition of "gross negligence" and gross negligence of classifed documents is a FELONY
His report also did not align with her previous testimonies. Clinton said that there were no classified documents on her email server and that they were retroactively classified. Comey said there were numerous classified documents on the server at the time. Clinton said there was ONE server that she had these documents on. Comey said there were multiple mobile devices. Clinton said there were no breaches in security that allowed others to gain access to these documents. Comey said its likely that the security was breached.
She's committed multiple felonies and perjury. They just aren't prosecuting.
