What if Juve offer Sandro + cash say 20-30mil for Verratti in return? I know it's rare players get used as makeweights, but with Rabiot showing how good he is I feel like this might interest PSG, they get their guy and some FFP help.
Juve could also sign Savic from Lazio and their midfield trio next season looks like SMS-Verratti-Pjanic?

They're not selling him no matter what. You could offer Sandro + 150 mil. They'd still reject it.
If you are trying to buy him outright PSG would say no and then by one of your players in response, but in a swap deal where they already have decent midfielders and they are getting bonus money they could argue they are getting stronger as a team and getting financial relief.
