Was Jim a good manager?
Was Jim a good manager?
Not really, no.
Jim wasn't even really a good person. He was a good salesman though.
Jim was objectively worse at his job than Dwight, Michael, or Andy.
But despite having no personal ability or talent to speak of, he still looked down on people who worked harder than he did and in fact ended up having to work harder to pick up the slack for him, because he felt he was smarter and better than all of them.
So... basically he's /ourguy/.
Andy had the worst sales record canonically
I thought Ryan had the worst sales
Jim and Pam were lowkey kinda shitty people
>lowkey shitty people
You mean overtly shitty people?
HEY GALPERT
No he was paralyzed by indecision and the need to be liked.
Often times any descision, even a dead wrong one, is better than doing nothing. Because your team can make corrections as long as they are doing something.
Reminder Micheal was literally the only actual good person in the Office.
