Why does the millennial generation choose willful ignorance over information?

I did a test on my sister to test how bluepilled she is.
She is a 18 y/o, liberal Swedish feminist, who has grown up in an affluent neighborhood, with tumblr.
Even though she cannot handle an opposing position in politics, and will literally break down in tears. (It has happent multiple times) She doesn't seem like the person to outright refuse the opportunity to learn more about a subject.
So here was the test i did:

>Get the order and start reading MK, get the idea to introduce them to my sister.
>Ask her if she wanna read the CM, she happily accepts and proclaims "I love history"
>Next day ask if she has read anything, she said she hadn't but was going to.
>Asked me if i had already read it.
>Said i was currently reading MK, asked if she wanted to read it after me since she proclaimed "I love history"
>She declined and said she didn't wanna read the book of an anti-Semite

How come she is willing to read an Extremist political opinion, without being willing to read litterature from the other end of the extremist spectrum.
And be able to willfully decline the 1st hand source on a political subject, because she doesn't want to. Thus choosing ignorance over information.
How to i break this layer of conditioning in order to redpill people?

I think reading Mein Kampf takes sonewhat more dedication than the Communist Manifesto. Hitler wasn't exactly concise.

It was always hard to be independent in thinking, being a sheep is easy. Funny thing is that when independent thinkers that were mocked at start gain ground and start winning, then sheep tend to change their minds and follow.
