Oliver "Madman" Kahn

That retarded German that played at Arsenal for a bit
A goalkeeper that i've never watched play

...
hat man
Him young little boy
Good one user!
Not him please
this and only this.
...
Messi
We didn't expect nuffin from Julio tho. The first Ronaldo goal was purely Kahn dropping the spaghetti.
...
Brignoli. Real legend
This obviously
Undoubtedly Buffon
Yahsin played against tinpot clubs
Statistically this guy. Lebedev Yashin.
Neuer peaked higher than anyone else
Clearly not Buffon
i am pretty good myself
Marco Wölfli
Lev Yashin, I saw some sepia stills of him. Incredible skill.
Jan Tomaszewski
Gordon Banks
Ceni.
The only GK in the world with 100+ goals.
>can't stop a guy who got cucked by Jerzy Dudek
wtf I hate Buffoon now
The '02 Germany team was just Kahn and nothing else. '14 is far more embarrassing
Yea for like two games.
Yashin didn't have the defenders Buffon had.
Tinpot vs tinpot is alot messier than giant vs giant so it's more difficult on the keepers and they make a greater mark on the match.
not the best but my fave goalie
Barthez.
the worst goalie
youtube.com
i can top this
*blocks you're shot*
forgot pic
Yuri Gagarin?
Ozil?
HAHAHAHA
Ochoa
me :)
Literally this, who ever says yashin is the best ever does not know what the fuck he is talking about.
...
Yashin was probably the best. Only GK to win a Ballon d'Or.
Who the fuck is that?
Of course it was, Brazil is the football country not Germany, it is expected much more from us than anyone else. Even if it was WC on Germany and Brazil won 7-1 against Germany, it wouldn't be the same.
But still doesn't change the fact that 2002 loss was on Oliver Kahn.
that Soviet guy
Lev Alekshin or whatever
Neuer, its not even worth debating. There has never been a keeper on his level before. Buffon has got to be the most overrated goalie of all time. He has never truly been the greatest, he simply been VERY GOOD forever. Casillas might be another reasonable response, but in all honesty he has never reached the impact that Neuer had and still has. Neuer is arguably the most complete player to have ever stood between the posts.
did he died?
Ballack...
*emerges from time machine from 15 years in the future*
David De Gea
Patrician choice, but Pic Related is actually the Greatest of All Time
Still a better diver than Robben
Easy Buffon from 17 yrs old to 40 at the top.
>muh long career
Buffon ruined his own legacy by being completely shit for juventus the last couple of years
Should've retired when he was still good
how can a woman be the greatest, if they're even worse than male amateurs?
Lev yashin and Gordon Banks spring to mind.
>childs
Rui Costa?
>underage: the post
Buffon from 2003-2007 was incredible, possibly the best peak for a GK ever
> le midfielder with an identity crisis
Neuer is overrated as they come, he just impresses preteens cause OMG HE'S NOT WHERE HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE WOW HOW HE DO DAT?
Cech was unbelievable at his peak
Lev Yashin. He revolutionized the position.
>no libertadores
wasted career, desu
...
Did u watch him play? How often did he get caught out after taking a free kick?
Unless he had an obscene conversion rate i don't see how your GK taking free kicks isn't a stupid as fuck idea
based kit imo
...
Casillas was a great (((shot stopper))) but too manlet to dominate his box like Gigi and ze germans
Probably Yashin but it's impossible for us to know how good he really was. I'd say his stats are inflated as fuck. Still, dude was a phenomenon.
Modern times? Buffon, without a doubt.
>implying you've ever seen a full game with Yashin playing
>his stats are inflated as fuck
Didn't Akinfeev break all Yashin records with the Russian/Soviet NT about clean sheets, penalties saves, caps, etc?
>German goalkeepers
this, delusional cucks clinge to the idols of their childhood but Neuer is without a doubt the most complete goalkeeper of all time
Hilton?
My fave five in no specific order
Edwin van der Sar
Peter Schmeichel
Pepe Reina
Victor Valdes
Fabien Barthez
enormous meme
every "great" german goalkeeper just has some meme aspect to them that makes people think they are great rather than average at best
>some keeper I never saw play and only rate cause other people say so
>i can't estimate how good players of the old were despite their successes and style of play being well documented
Loved Lehmann
Unironically
>Iker greatest of all time
>stopped being relevant once he hit 30
No, just no. No matter how good he was in his prime, he is not the greatest of all time only because he wasn't able to do it continuously through his whole career.
The irony
GOAT Sweeper keeper
youtube.com
Peter Shilton had a great career, at his peak (Nottingham Forest) he took a small club to 2 European Cup titles, played 30 years, displaced Gordon Banks at Leicester City at age 16.
Jan Jongbloed, lost 2 World Cup Finals and was arguably the first "sweeper Keeper."
...
Patrician taste my friend.
does he just eat all the balls?
1. Yashin
2. Buffon
3. Kahn
4. Iker
5. Neuer
el Chila or el MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONOOOOOOOOOOOO
every other option is not valid
based helton
...
Peak Toldo was probably the best keeper to ever play. Had he been alone vs 11 Dutch players in Euro 2000 semifinals, he still would have won the game.
