i run 5 km a day, 6 days a week. lift dumb bells 4 times a week for 15-20 mins according to a program.

i eat whatever i want to eat, i just count calories, try not to exceed 2k calories a day. i am generally around 1.5k - 1.8k band.

While 15km are not bad tbqh it will never produce the same results like heavy lifting. It really depends on what you want to do.

If you want to be able to run 15 km in a certain time then good, go for it.

But many people are running because they think it will make them loose fat and they will get super fit from it which is a lie.

If you don't want to go to the gym, buy yourself a bench press bench with a basic barbell with maybe 50kg weights.

With this you can already do most important stuff.
