I don't see why they would have to quit just because they are 50. The age group watching them now will still be happy to watch them 10 years from now. I'm the same age as Mike.

I think that's a question for a lot of YouTube stars, but I'd say that their fame running out isn't necessarily a given. This kind of easily accessible media is a totally new thing for us, we have no idea how it will develop. Johnny Carson was on air for decades, why not RLM? Why couldn't they just do this into their 50's?
