The concept of institutional racism is mind numbingly retarded. We have a two term black president, a black attorney general, and half of our major cities have black mayors and/or police chiefs.
Ask any of these vapid animals what justice is to them, and they'll say something like "no mo po-leese hunting us down", when there are MAYBE a handful of questionable police shootings every year. If you point FACTUAL, objectively true statistics, they'll call you racist or point to your white privilege.

Let's look at some objective truths.
East Asians on average have a greater IQ than anyone else besides Ashkenazi Jews. This means that Asians are or have the propensity to be more intelligent than any other race.
Blacks have higher Testosterone and can achieve greater physical feats on average than whites. Look at professional sports, if we were on average or even our furthest right of the bell curve was physically superior to blacks there would be more whites leading in the NBA and NFL.

IQ is not measured by your education or academics but rather your capability to critically think and solve problems. Here is the problem. Blacks are processing the world around them as if they are intellectually equal and capable as the rest of the populous.
Imagine growing up as a poor black boy or even middle class. As you look and examine the world around you, you notice all major companies, banks and branches of government are predominantly white.
