Jambon-beurre for fast food but it's not that unhealthy so kebab.

fuck off, thats ours.

does not looking appealing desu

what the difference between kebab and gyro?

what do you call it?

heh, brought by Lebanese immigrants.
Ours is pork with achiote sauce, tho.

because fast food is antinomic about french food culture mate.

shawarma, isrealis literally just took it from the palestinians and called it their own, jewish food isnt even like this. My hatred for israelis aside, shawarmas were never part of israeli cuisine

In a taco, of course. And it must have ananas.

we don't really have anything like this
there's kebab but it's not french and you find it all over the continent anyway

I would eat this every day.

Lawdy

The famous Tula Gingerbread

I ate a buffalo burger in France at a fast food place, never saw that anywhere else

Frikandel Speciaal

Bitoque for most of the country.

It's a simple steak that's marinated in green-wine (I think) before being grilled, served with rice, fries and a runny fried egg on top.

It's pretty good, desu.

The only unhealthy thing about it is that we don't really have food safely regulations.

In the north of the country we also have Francesinha (little French girl):

It's a meat (pork, ham and chouriço) sandwich covered with melted cheese and a runny fried egg with a spicy sauce (made with beer/wine and piri-piri) and fries to dip in the sauce.

It's not so much fast-food because you need a soup-dish to eat it in, so you can't just bring it with you, but it's definitely a working day treat and not exactly high-end food. The sauce really pulls it all together, really.

It's a bit memed about, but it's genuinely pretty good if done right.

Same city as the arsenal? really cool

>Pork Banh Mi
YES!

>shawarma
Borrowed from Turk language твн, and widespread over all former Ottoman Empire.

Or the French "tacos", which are absolutely nothing like Mexican tacos

Bitoque is not unhealthy

right answer

what kind of sauce is that

Triangle pastries with cheese curd or meat

>swedish

Chicken enveloped in dough and fried. This shit is like crack.

isnt jambon-beurre just ham and butter? wtf am I missing here

We also have this. They were brought by Indians. They're called ''chamuças''

It's a ham and butter sandwhich yeah, nothing fancy
But our ham and our butter is probably 10x times better than American ones so they wouldn't get it

...

Tacos lyonnais

...

It's clearly red sauce, dude.

yes, but every one here has ham and butter at home. its a sandwich that requires zero effort
do people really go out and buy jambon-beurre?
people here only buy it if they are desperate and the place doesnt have anything better

First of all it's mostly a Parisian thing, as usual with French stereotypes
People don't really go out just to buy a jambon-beurre, rather they grab one close to their workplace when it's their lunch break, with a pastry and a coffee and you have a meal.
But it's the most basic sandwhich here, most bakeries have many more

Looks more like taquera IMHO

Salsa taquera is orange.

lángos
different thing

lángos (laan-goash)
looks similar but lángos is literally a deep-fried donut. yes. salty dough, with sour cream, grated cheese and rubbed with garlic

I'd buy desu. Homemade sandwiches don't look as good

...

...

quintessentially Brazilian

BIEFSTUK MET FRIETEN

Damn all this shit looks so good

Neuk jou, taaldief.

>Bitoque is not unhealthy
It's not too decadent, you're right, but it's still too much starch for the amount of protein. It's also the only thing approaching fast-food we have.

Sorry bro. Gastronomy threads on Sup Forums are always killer.

Kek, It's always the Americans who love it the most.

>ketchup
Kill yourself

thus the cause of the conflict

köttbullar med potatis och lingonsylt

cool story bro

does it look appealing?_?

The traditional Mexican sandwich, the torta, my personal favorite is steak, porkchop and Oaxaca cheese

Different combos are usually named after different countries funny enough

Dog bless poutine

kek

oh, your famous meatballs, had them, very delicious!

Ours are deep fried as well, except they're made with maize rather than wheat, still they get a very nice donut like taste which goes well with savory fillings like pork rinds or chorizo, you just open them up and put the salad in plus some salsa

Fried calamari? Most pizza places have this.
