Half of these bowl games are an actual joke. Middle Tennessee and Arkansas State? Bowl games are just a consolation prize for getting over 500. Outside of the ones labeled for the playoff none of them actually matter. Plus if you start adding more structure and games the more people will push for the athletes to get paid.
