Russian consonants are consistent, but the often unpredictable stress and way it affects vowels leave it a bit short of "pronounced like it's written".

Finnish would be nice desu. Its basically two different languages on its own with the differences in written and spoken language

On the other hand finnish is pronounced the way it is written with very few exeptions. That doesn't really make it easy to learn though.
