You're buying a couple of beers to enjoy for the evening
What's the snack to go with it?

For Russia it's dried fish.

Nothing or a full meal.

Pretzels like in the 19th century lmao. We don't really take snacks with our alcohol.

your mom's puss

...

Something greasy.

Peanuts, chicken, bitterballen, stuff like that.

> Nothing
Literally a sign of an alcoholic here

whatever tapa that bar gives.

it can be either shit tier chips/nuts actually meant to make you more thirsty, or actually something more elaborate like a tortilla (omelette),

...

A typical russian beer store.

This, mostly.
If any just normal stuff like chips, peanuts, all kind of pic related...

Don't you also eat dryed, salty octopus with beer?

Sourcream and onion chips.

> Don't you also eat dryed, salty octopus with beer?
Yeah. And dry salted calamari as well.

That's awfully specific.

Nothing I eat a burger afterwards

2bh I didn't read the thread properly before posting, that's just my personal favorite.

In general over here it's either some kind of nuts or chips usually, at least in my experience.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich.

Its common to be given free popcorn here

...

With a huge picada.

some kind of meat, could be sausage, steak, ground chuck, pork, etc.

sometimes pickled herring on mayo+bread

Kek, when I was in Russia everyone looked shocked when I drank vodka without instantly(!!) eating something afterwards. Hell they pretty much forced pickles and bacon on me...

Saucisson

...

>tfw no dried calamari with cheap Russian beer on the Volga embankment

FMSUF

...

Brotzeit = best Zeit

that looks fucking delicious

More beer and something stronger

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich.

Does beer come in big plastic bottles like that in Russia?

Putain la France me manque.

Aluminium cans - 0.33, 0.5 and 1 litre
Glass bottles - 0.25, 0.33, 0.35, 0.5 and 1 litre
Plastic bottles - 0.5 (only in beer shops), 1, 1.5 litre. A few months ago the government passed the law that forbid selling beer in plastic bottles that hold more than 1.5 litres. Before that we had 3 litre bottles as well.

...

sunflower seeds and peanuts

something like that
parisian hipsters would probably have hummus and other faggy shit

I like jerky(вялeннoe мяco). In Russia it is only sold in big cities.

We have something that's called ölkorv (literally beer sausage) which is common.

Nothing. After you have puked or have acquired hangover, then you're allowed to eat.

I's also expensive as fuck.

Yes. But it's affordable if you are not a poorfag.

I guess its the same thing with our okhotnichy kolbaski - hunter's sausages.

A normal meal. Or some chips n dip.

I melt a little peanut butter and a little butter and pour it over a big bowl of popcorn to make lightly flavored "peanut butter popcorn" and drink beer while I watch movies. It's so simple yet fucking delicious as hell.

You gotta toss the popcorn a lot though then wash yo hands afterwards.

...

Tortilla de patata or some ham

Aлкaшня eбaнaя. Oт пивa cиcьки pacтyт.

>Tortilla de patata

Peanuts or seeds if there's a football game on.

If just to enjoy some beers, I go with grilled cheese sandwiches.

not mexican taco bread, actual tortilla

I love kneading my fat titties while drinking beer.

fries with white cheese or salad

Holy shit nigger what the fuck. Was it treated sewage in those 3L bottles and/or were they craft/branded beers?

>drinking beer alone at home like some pleb
anyway it would be utopenec - a pickled sausage with onion and chilli peppers

The usual branded stuff just in a big ass bottle.

Thats not too bad then. How much is beer in Russia in comparison to wages? Expensive or is it reasonable?

I can buy 2000 litres of beer on my monthly wage.

Capitalism at work, truly.

dumb rape baby

Paneer tikka/masala peanuts

Cheap. Average wage outside of big cities is like 20k rub - about 330$. And 0.5 of average eurolager costs like 50 rub - 0,8$.

Pork crackling!

friday night settings are pretty good

>cold sausage
>carve a hole in it
>dip it in strong mustard
>fill with 80% vodka

This is our next Nokia, lads.
You heard it here first.

Hah, get on my level

...

Crisps, Nuts, Pork Scratchings

Wings, sliders (some places have pork belly sliders, fuck yeah), fries

If you are drinking vodka, the Russians have it right. Pickled things and fish are the best.

I stopped drinking when I turned 25ish

You should've stopped visiting Sup Forums instead.

in my home state "Botaneros" are pretty common, each beer costs around 40 pesos (2.5 USD), but they pass you a dish with snacks every so often.
The most common snacks are.
Re-fried beans with cheese
pork paws, carrots and jalapeño and cauliflower seasoned with vinegar and spices
shrimps with lime and extremely hot chilies (aguachile)
fried grounded meat with jalapeño, tomato, onion and lime
Deep fried throwaway pork's bones and meat (we don't throw food away)
Chicharrón, deep fried pork skin
Tortilla chips, tortillas and guacamole is completely free. Is like the mexican equal of bread sticks in restaurants.

Bad choice.

It's different. I was never an alcoholic or anything, I just noticed how much better life is if I always stay sober. After 2-4 weeks you start thinking more clearly, having more energy, mood improves, exercise goes great etc.
It's not like I "forbid" myself from drinking it, I still drink half a glass of champagne if it's some social situation that asks for it. I don't enjoy it but it's just good manners.

Now Sup Forums on the other hand I'm addicted to and absolutely should stop.
Best decision I've made in a long time.

That fucking stinks
Goid choice
Typical american. No concept of restraint.
Boring
Ok
Disgusting flavour, like chicken or cheese
>processed meat
Enjoy your heart disease
Awful
Bydlo detected
Slav/10
With beer ? No...

>British flag
>Post about food

Shan't read

>Shan't read
You just did though, lets be honest

Kinda, I just had to acknowledge I had a (You) on this post

>tortilla de patata

I don't like dried fish. You can't go wrong with a pepperoni pizza and a German craft beer

Heresy.

Stand aside.

Most common I'd say is boiled, salted Lupin Beans.

also peanuts, pistachios, salted pumpkin seeds, and snails are common

besides that, a common food to go with beer is prego, wich is a steak sandwich

Patrician
Godly, even

Either an actual meal or just peanuts/chips

oh wow, the meat was run through a simple metal grinder ! D:

Mini Cheddars

sunflower seeds
t. Ion Diasporescu

whatever they offer for free at the bar

Why the fuck would you drink alcohol in the bar?

>Russian beer snacks are dominating everyone else's

What timeline is this?

Because civilised people drink out with friends, not home like some kinda alcoholic slavs

basically this

>friends

>that feel when start drinking at home, then drink at a bar, then go back home and drink some more

JUST FUCK MY SHIT UP

...

loving the seafood preferences

How do you know it's not riverfood?

Nice...aquatic snacks.

Bifanas are more usual bar food than prego, aren't they?

Prego is more of a (laid back and simple) restaurant thing.

If I'm at a brewery getting nice beers, a lot of the places I go make very nice pizzas.

If I'm at more of a pub style thing probably poutine or nachos.

If I'm at a swankier bar, nothing.

Bitterballen, basically, or other deep fried stuff
