Not really. Argentina has the 2nd highest inflation in the world, Uruguay has a higher emigration rate than this country (-0.30 vs -0.90) and Chile is more centered toward China than to the west. The most western influenced countries in Latam are Mexico, Colombia, Panama and Costa Rica by a longshot.
