Your diet certainly does change the flavor and texture of your poo, however it will never really taste like chocolate. The base taste is always sort of bitter.
Having a diet high in simple sugars will turn your shits taste less revolting than compared to, say, eating only burritos. If you or your significant other intend to engage in the practice shit eating I recommend starting easy by incorporating your feces in dishes - poop brownies are a popular and easy choice. You can buy such dishes online if you're not confident in your cooking abilities.
Pee is a different matter though. I recommend drinking lots of diet soda before engaging in scat play. The artificial sweeteners in diet soda can't be utilized by the human body so they end up in your urine, making its taste pleasantly sweet.
