We're not going to find any "hard evidence." Hard evidence comes from emails, text messages, and verbal communications, which for the most part are not available on the internet. We can only piece together the "metadata" if you will, the connections between people, places, and events.

Both, without a doubt. The FBI in particular is extraordinary at carrying out these staged events, but I do not doubt that the CIA (who is all-in for Hillary) has a hand in them too.
