Independent American news sources say it was a US coup against democratically elected government.

Michael Hudson noted that the IMF changed its rules to finance Ukraine regime, which obviously can't pay. Since the IMF is a US and Western European institution, that implies something fishy. Hudson argues that this is part of a financial war.

unz.com/mhudson/the-imf-changes-its-rules-to-isolate-china-and-russia/

Basically the Ukrainians hate Russia because they believe that they are the real slav masterrace and becaus their shitty lives and history are the fault of Russia.

They remove pro-Russian government. Think NATO will send halp and the EU will send gibsmedat because of unwarranted sense of self importance.

Putin gets tired of them, annexes Crimea and forments revolts in the Easternmost Ukrainian areas. Ukranians chimpout and go to war with an army they haven't funded in over 25 years. They attack Eastern Ukranian territories and get BTFO. In late 2014 they regroup and launch a bigger counter-offensive and get BTFO even harder this time Putin intervened with Russian tank brigades and heavy artillery support which culminated with the Ukranian army getting encircled in Debaltsevo.

After that America and the EU is like fuck these niggers and decide to negotiate with Putin and trigger the Minks agreements which force Ukraine to give privileged status to the Eastern Regions. They heven't complied with that and they aren't receiving any gibsmedat from the EU or the IMF so they are very confused and angry. Right now their strategy is hoping for Russia to collapse or Putin getting assassinated or them joining NATO or the EU.

Obama is a coward, so Putin took back Crimea and half the Ukraine. Without really any resistance.

Plan to go to pripyat?

It was coup d'etat to eject the Russian influence from a dysfunctional Ukraine.

The Russians used the chaos to seize their own territory in Crimea meanwhile the new junta government was not recognized by Eastern Ukrainians who felt disenfranchised and they subsequently took up arms and with some Russians weapons help, defeated the Kiev regime.

Half economically, teritorry wise I don't think so

Russian speaking people in Eastern "Ukraine" wanted autonomy to resist "Ukrain"ization. The government chimped out after a Mossad coup and sent soldiers to put down these demands for self-determination. The Russian government is not sending soldiers to "Ukraine" and is in fact the prime mover in peace talks including Minsk II, which the "Ukrain"ian government agreed to but refuses to implement in a dastardly act of perfidy that halted a repeated chain of Novorossiyan tactical victories.

.

1. The West supported a pro-Western oligarch coup to replace the pro-Russian oligarchs who were in power.
2. Russia didn't like it, took Crimea and made a mess of the Donbass.

>Russia made a mess of the Donbass

Proof?

>Russia took Crimea

The Crimean people overwhelmingly and voluntarily voted to rejoin the Russian Federation.

> Checks flag

like you don't know your own work.

CATCH EM ALLLLLLLL

Please.

Not an argument, JIDF.

Russia tried to play Superstate with a manlet.

Dun fucked up.

RT and Putindrones try to damage control daily, but they can't.

Russian Federation dissolution incoming when Ukraine joins NATO.

Into the collection you go

kek, are you dipolat slav, or pilot of hind slav?
actually, he is right, russian government sends russians to fight russians.
ukies are not better though, trying to invent imaginary identity for 100 years and still cant make the population accept it.

as a day trip, yeah. I'm pretty excited

> Without really any resistance
but where did my salary go?

Not too sure mate.
There were a couple of planes downed and the Russians went into attack mode, but were restrained by international conventions. Putin didn't want a war.
The Turks are stirring shit up in the area, and Ukraine is quite near.

I'm ex Royal Air Force and we have a base on Cyprus to keep an eye on the Turks. It's very close to Israel, and you are allies, so you are protected. No country will have a go. There are also submarines in that area and they have nukes.

Basically, all the fighting in the East was started by Russian SF. When the Ukr. Army showed up and started BTFOing them the arty and air support the Russians crosses the border with their regular army. The Ukrainians got over stretched out outflanked and got fucked up. They pulled back the the far side of the river (s) and set up a defense. Russia claims that they were never there but any one with half a brain can tell that they sent Tanks, anti aircraft missiles and mongoloids. RT and the other Russian media is going full retard since the airliner was shot down in an attempt to deny any involvement. This almost undoubtedly also includes RIDF and other shills. Basically we are at the point where the truth is so convoluted and propagandize that any the truth will never be known. Even cold hard documented facts are now nothing more than a meme. What is known as shit posting has become a form of modern warfare to push national strategic interests.

If any one wants proofs I got a folder of it but I'm not going to bother posting it unless some one asks for it.

That's an oversimplification. With Ukraine being inept at propaganda and Russia much better at it and having its navy stationed in Crimea, Russian annexation of Crimea had pretty much been a matter of time. Local support for Russia taking over was not a reaction to the coup in Kiev but was built up over time in case such convenient occasion presented itself.

Xerro my friends

What is going on here

EU/US destabilized Ukraine.
Putin seized the opportunity.

There are no really good/bad sides. They're all pretty fucking shitty.

The only good ones are those who want a Ukraine free of BOTH Russian and EU/US influence, but those aren't the people in power.

Islamic State of Donetsk and Lugansk nasheeds are best:

youtube.com/watch?v=PlPWAhVK-Ao

>was built up over time
Local support was there ever since 1991.

>there are fair elections/referendums/polls anywhere in Russia

LMAO

Good one.

People got tired from russian puppet govement. Decided that they want pro-west puppet goverment. Putin didn't like it.

Go kill some Kurds, Mehmet.
