Bulls need a SF. Porter would be a better priority, especially since the Bulls have become better and won't have the worst record anymore, Porter is more of a safe bet imo. Young to me has the most polished game I've ever seen from a freshman guard in college, he literally looks like Steph Curry playing against 18 year olds. But he's going to have a tough transition to the NBA like Curry did yet more effective at every level since he's already better at his age than Curry was, being in a huge media market with high expectations like Chicago might hurt him or make him better. I like how Curry, IT, and other great small guards developed on irrelevant teams without any hype to them in the NBA.
