Just reading the OP is causing tears to well in my eyes. It's like I look back at every time I cried and was told to suck it up. The following week I came there alone and ran right into him, and while he was serious he still managed to give off confident vibes. I told him how sorry we all were for his loss, and he just said "I know, I know, so am I, we've just got to be strong", and while I could see the slightest hint of his feelings poking out, he didn't break the wall in front of me. I quickly went to the bathroom and cried more than I ever had before in my life.
