Undoubtedly this one. Władysław Kozakiewicz, a polish pole vault jumper.
1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow.
Soviet crowd was supporting Soviet participant and booed and whistled during Kozakiewicz's jumps. He secured the gold medal and this is what he returned to the Soviet crowd.
It was a massive scandal in Polish-Soviet relations.
Soviets were so fucking buttblasted they actually wanted to strip him from the gold medal because of the insult.
