Obviously, some of the mods, or the official policy of this board, is to try to drive away mature, thoughtful content from taking hold on Sup Forums, while encouraging /b-tier content and rule breaking. The only purpose for this kind of policy would be drive out people who care about more thoughtful or mature content. This made more sense when moot was trying to sell the board, but it doesn't make as much sense now. All I can think of is that the left-over mods from when Moot went SJW are still bitter and trying to push the same policy for ideological reasons. I think its safe to assume they're non-white, feminists, etc. It wouldn't surprise me if what we consider "professional shilling" is actually the work of the mods.
I've received temp bans 4 times this year for reporting cuck porn. Just for reporting them. I got banned once during the "makes you think" raid for reporting those threads. I reported 3 threads, boom, 3 week ban. The maliciousness of the mods is just bizarre.

I've had about 25-30 threads both reported and hidden at the worst of times. Mods only removed about 1 or 2, whilst the rest reached the bump limit and were archived. Honestly. the raiding is getting real annoying.
