Other than that it was really cool and I wish anime/cartoons would be a more popular genra because it allows this kind of creative movies to be made without looking silly like the live action adaptations of animes/cartoons/video games

There is a 720p rip available, which has some watermarks, but otherwise watchable.
If you're not in a hurry I'd say wait for the proper rips as the movie has some top-tier visuals of its genre.
I am not much of an educated movie watcher, but it's really worth the watch. It's a japanese-style story down to the core, but with a more westernish presentation, which makes it a lot more digestible to those who otherwise don't watch anime.
It took over as my go-to advise to interested non-anime watchers.
